Very nice photography of the beauty and challenges of the North Cascades. I miss those years !!!
nice video and a good hike with a great diversity. Thanks for the link to the map - a great resource.
Beautiful! I gotta get there
We have found that coals are much better than flames to roast marshmallows. We have been doing this for over 50 years.
great musical choice
Thank you ! Really great vidio with nice slow pans that immerses the veiwer into the breathtaking scenery. Very watchable, nicely done ! :)
North Cascades loop is gorgeous

Amazing Copper Ridge Loop trail.
Absolutely magical, Ted! So fun to see!
Absolutely awesome video! Thank you soo much for this!
Great video! I'll be adding this hike to my list for sure.
Beautiful rendering of the astounding beauty of the area. Friends and I are planning the same loop in early August, 2021. Thank you for this preview of the trail!
Is this a hard trail to navigate for someone fairly new to backpacking? I go by my self so wanna be safe and not push my boundaries to much.
Well done!!! Beautiful video.
Great trip! Thanks for sharing!
Looks like such an awesome hike! Unfortunately it's closed for the 2023 season
Not the entire loop
Why is it closed??
@@gumbi8989 Wild fires in the valley last summer.
Thanks for sharing your adventure. We live in Kentucky and have some beautiful trails but man we don’t nothing as gorgeous as those Mountain View’s. Plus are y’all using any kind of cook system besides a pot and a fire?
Thanks for watching! I brought a SOTO Micro Regulator Stove with a 8oz fuel canister.

Beautiful area!! Great video. Do you have to get a permit prior to hiking or can you register at the trail?
Thanks for the comments!
I did reserve a permit in advance through NPS on the first day they offered them (March 15).

@@teddpreuss Thank you so much for all the information I really look forward to doing the trail in 2021
Amazing. How many people did you see on this trip?
Thanks!
The first day we saw 10-15 day-hikers. The rest of the trip we saw 2-4 hikers a day. Also, most camp spots are pretty secluded from each other.
