- On Saturday, Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, will host round 13 of the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship. The Dirt Wurx crew covered the track with tarps and the track saw rain Thursday and Friday, so the press day riding sessions were canceled. However, we did catch up to Coty Schock, Lorenzo Locurcio, Mitchell Harrison, Cameron McAdoo, Casey Cochran, Tom Vialle, and Seth Hammaker to preview this weekend’s race.

What happened to all the indoor stadiums? That's what supercross was all about before.

It really is. I was watching some NBC piece about various riders "mistakes" this season, and several were riders sliding out because they were racing on plywood soaked with mud. The rain and mud would be fine, more or less, if the track could still stay intact, but it does not.

Stand by my comment. I'm not against mud races and ill admit I haven't followed supercross very closely the last 10 yrs.

I’m not sure, but I’ll bet they plan their season a couple years in advance. It’s not like they planned their season at the beginning of this year. Contracts are locked in. They have to race where they are contracted to race.

If you’re a good amateur you’re driving 4-6 for decent races and regionals for Loretta’s can be up to 10 hours. He’s raced in Maine which is 8 hours for him

Whoever picked this season of supercross stadiums should be fired. We have a fucking outdoor season for a reason! The only dam outdoor race that should be on the schedule at all period is the DAYTONA RACE! End of story. 💯
