Ok you should so do a boulder only river scape in the 8ft with lots of flow with a big group of rainbow shiners and hilstream loaches!😲
Just like a wall of boulders and pebbles with scatter gravel (no sand) and some power heads
And obviously plants 😂

You could do challenge tanks, where you have to stick to a certain criteria given to you by us, just to force you to make tanks out of your comfort zone and try new styles. That’d be fun to watch 😂
I am constantly blown away by the quality of fish and plants in Matts shop. The shops in my area dont carry near the quality of plants and fish as he does. So jealous! Great tank you guys!

I haven’t kept a tank in 13 years ( discus tank and African Cicilds and Blue rams all in different tanks of course ) due to living with in-laws and they have cats had to get rid of my tanks and fish. Now that I just bought a house I can’t

Very clean looking tank guys. Great for a display tank. The scape isn't to loud or busy but still beautiful. It allows the fish to b the focal point. More fish shops should have a tank like that. A lot of ppl don't realize how different fish look when u put them in a planted tank. Great build guys

The scape came out awesome, guys! I really do love how the wood slants off left to right, and mimics the pattern that most the fish swim in, know what I mean? Lovely choice of fish as well! The swords all along the background are quite dramatic! Beautiful tank, all in all. Thanks MD and Matt, and the crew!
I like Matt's choice. This is one of my favourite set up so far. I'd honestly do this for my home. I like how he kept the front clean and made the back of the tank bushy. It's perfect 🐟🌿

Just yesterday I was looking at my own Madagascar rainbows and I was thinking damn MD would love these. People miss out because they're rarely mature/colored up at the shops but man they're beautiful. You should definitely try to make them a tank at the studio. You won't regret it lol

My Final Examinations really put a serious stress on me so I decided to set-up a blackwater aquarium inspired by this guy over here. Love them both. They're cool.
Awesome job, though now I want to see a glass catfish setup.
It was nice bumping in to both of you when I popped in to the shop the day you were building this setup. I popped in again on Friday just for a quick preview of the setup before returning back to cornwall today.

Beautiful tank! I got my first aquarium after watching many videos here. I went with a heavy planted 15g and not too many fish for low bioload (7 harlequin rasboras, 3 otocinclus, 1 betta). I like to use larger filters too, it means less work for me! The plants are really helping and it's such a nice hobby.
Brilliant result, love watching you guys. I am new to the hobby, so learning while watching you guys, thanks. My tank is only 48 litres, I put in honey coloured gravel and red rainbow red and it looks nice with green and red plants and azalea root, just need the fish now.
Sweat her loaches are one of the best fish in my life of fish keeping. Matt is right that they are excape artists but you can make use of that. They willingly after some training swim into your hand so you can transfer them from tank to tank. It’s not difficult you start with food in your hand but when they link your hand to a tank transfer they will willingly get in your hand as they know it’s good news for them a new and fresh feeding ground. I think they are amazing fish even though these days I find no home for them because they do not fit in with my plans. However a true pet fish if I ever met one
I expect the rainbows will sell much faster now after this set up as well as an increase in inquiries about the orange cories. Great job as usual MD and Matt!
