Nice one Ben, I may pop here at the weekend depending on what gear delivery happens this week. Top video mate, I always get good location ideas from your videos. Cheers
Many thanks for watching Simon. That video feels like so long ago!! Just been rewatching it a bit. Great part of the world. Lovely picturesque walks and villages.
Hi Ben, Shere is a bit of a climb - guess that is why they have motorcar hillclimb 🤣🤣 Great area for motorbike riding as well. Highly recommend Newlands Corner cafe for eggie bap for breakfast 👍🏻
Hi Ben.Thanks for sharing.Loved the sea of green views/sea's of mist. Also really liked your morning reflection&your suggestion at the end.Wishing you safe &happy travels*
Hello Ben, apart from that awkward slope and the zip breaking it was a decent overnighter mate, good to watch and thanks for that. Take care...........Les
Hello mate! I like your nostalgic hike and wildcamp its definitely got to be done so much respect for just getting out there and going for it..... looked like a beautiful location and hope to see more backpacking trips in this area! Thanks for sharing mate Cheers
Nice honest video Tom. Loved your walk and photography. When I was a kid , I loved trainspotting. Such a shame that wild campers have to beware of wild campers spotting.
I really enjoyed that. Really inspired me I'm a total newbie - still practising in my back garden with my brand new Phoxx 1.LOL. hoping to do an actual wild camp later in he month.
I Run Trails Many thanks for that. Glad you enjoyed it. I think it’s a good move practising in the garden. Also a recce of a potential area will put you at ease. Check it out too on Google Maps and OS Maps (free with Bing online). The it’s a case of just taking the plunge. The satisfaction after is worth it! 👍⛺️ ATB - Ben
That holloway was something special, great views from the top, the morning mist shot was beautiful. Shame about the zip, but you can get that fixed easy enough.
Many thanks Rhialbran for the watch and nice comments. Thanks for the continued support and glad you enjoyed it! Might take a break from the hooped bivvy for a bit and have an alternative shelter in the next big video I do. ATB!- Ben
Have already watched this mate and yer liked it but seems to be missing new lands corner was my old mtb trail ust to bike round there all the time. Great video mate
Nice one Ben, that's commitment promising an upload every 2 weeks 😁 I enjoyed this viddy mate, you could of used the poppers to seal yourself into "Dutchy" not ideal but may have been better than the mesh, I have to pop mine up as my zips iffy the last 1/4 of the run.. can't undo it if I go too far!
@@benhikescamps Not a criticism Ben... just an observation matey... I need to renew my zip but it's pricey... I've just ordered a new bivvy, no hoop or designed with one, so claustrophobia levels will be high.
