Well that's because all Lapis Lazulis were made with sadistic personalities so they won't hold a grudge after they killed organic beings as they go through terraforming process. What makes OUR Lapis unique is that instead of hurting others, she liked being hurt after she was trapped in the mirror. She's been through alot but she made a very huge character developments already and even helping the other Lapis unintentionally to stop their old ways and habits.

Lapis truly has to be one of the greatest characters out there, the way she just selflessly stood up against Jasper and Homeworld and even going to the point where she secretly trapped Jasper in a fusion form and bounded them to the ocean depths. She's truly one heck of a character and the development, flawless.
