    I will show you how to make a very easy and quick basic spicy onion salad and how to cook your poppadom’s in one minute with a no fry - no oil - no mess. Who said you can’t have a poppadom starter at home like the restaurants?

    Garden mint
    Pinch of Chilli flakes
    Pinch of garam masala - or Tandoori masala
    Chopped coriander / cilantro
    NOTE: sweetness add sugar or Sweet Mango pickle.
    I'm not too bothered about sweetness for these onions - the ketchup is sweet enough for me.
    Microwave : Poppadoms 1 min at 1000 watt

    Nice one again Rik, my mum used to soak onions in vinegar, I have never seen anyone else do that till now, those sharwoods poppadoms are so easy and nice/ well done again.

    just made the korma and madras with the pre cooked chicken , exactly like the Indian takeaway, wasted all that money on the books of the so called BIR experts cheers rik 👍
