Going that quick, with that much pressure and without railroading is truly a thing of beauty. Your uppercase F and E shapes, and your lowercase f are my favorites.
This is honestly my new favorite series. Pls tell me it's a series 👀 I would love to see more of these even with different books if you have any others you enjoy! I love your penmanship and the lighting and the sound and the volume
This is so wonderful! Thank you so much for making these. (I'm super jealous of the pen by the way!!) I few small suggestions from my side - 1) Minor thing, but I'd personally appreciate it if you shared the pen/ink/paper in the description in case anyone is curious; 2) You could consider uploading alternate versions of the video with/without music. I know other ASMR people like Goodnight Moon do this
I can't wait to try this with my Diamine Sherwood Green. I don't have a flex nib at the moment, but after I get a Lamy 2000 to write my book with, I think I'll try this out. Maybe with the Silmarillion or something.
Omg underrated ?? This is so good, I love everything here. The writing, the sound quality, all too good!! I really enjoyed it Thanks for the video! Hope all is well, and have a good day/night!
This is a wonderful project. Thank you for posting. I'm a complete noob so maybe this is a dumb question... what is the hard surface you use to place the paper on? Standard clipboard or something else? I notice that the old writing slopes have a leather surface... you aren't supposed to use a fountain pen on paper directly on the leather are you?
No that's a good question ! I'm writing on other sheets of paper so I get this little squishy feeling. I hate writing on something too hard. And yes they used to write with a sheet of paper directly on leather, which was built in the desk, it has to be smooth so the grain of the leather doesn't interfer with the writing. I'm not using it but I will probably buy an old desk like that someday :)
@@ASMRfountainpens Haha that is a great answer! The closest brown ink I have is Oxblood. You really displayed the beauty and brown with your writing. It looks like I’m getting a bottle of Diamine Warm Brown!
The pen is a rare Eagle Pencil & co "Flash" n°25 (produced in the 1910's). The ink is Diamine Warm Brown. And idk I started writing like this occasionally after high school, so maybe about 4 years ago haha. I'm happy if you like it :)
Amazing handwriting !!! 🏆 But, still too quick writing... I think you need to slow down a little more. You really push this nib to the max flexibility that can get. Maybe try a different flex nib. Another thing that i noticed is that you use two different "d" two different "p" English isn't my mother language and my English aren't so good, so anyway, who am i to judge your writing...
Thanks for your comment :) I usually write even faster 😂 And I'm not pushing the nib so hard it can go way further but the noises are amplified and I was in a weird position trying to film correctly 😂 that's why the nib went crazy sometimes 😂

That's some neat penmanship. Do more of these!
Thank you. I will :)
I have such a hard time finding Fountain pen ASMR content. You are a gift
Me too ! That's why I started to make it haha

This isn't just a handwriting. It's a piece of artwork.
Wow this ancient pen flexes to the high heavens. Beautiful penmanship...
This is beautiful! Incredible penmanship and LOTR. All too perfect. Even down to the Diamine ink!
Thanks !
こんなに綺麗な筆記体初めて見た
Калиграфия!! Как хорошо!!Красиво,волнующе..Браво!

I love Diamine inks. Very well behaved and have some amazing colours.
I agree, that's why I have a lot of those 😂
Great content, beautiful handwriting
Thanks :)
This is so satisfying dang
Thats some really good handwriting, why do you use 2 types of the lowercase 'r' I'm curious
Just because they used to do it this way in the 1800's and I like that there are some variations :)
why only 108 subs? great writing and i am inspired. please do some more with normal nibs too.
Thank you for this comment :) i will do something with modern nibs too i have a lot of pens to do it 😂
Wow! Excellent.

Thank you for replying. We can all envision you at a huge wooden Victorian writing desk, working by candelight.@@ASMRfountainpens
Thank you for such a relaxing video! And your writing is so beautiful!
What inspired you to choose Diamine Warm Brown?
Thank you 🤍
I really like brown inks :)

Beautiful! Can you help me please, if I would like to start learn this kind of cursive, where to start?
Maybe look at some writings from the 1800's on the Internet and try yo reproduce some letters of the alphabet you really like !
You must be 'Bilbo Baggins' incredible!
I wish I could live as long as him 😂
@@ASMRfountainpens 🤣🤣 yea!!
What is the Name of the amazing pen you have in the video
Eagle Flash n°25
Alright. What pen and ink are you using? I need to know. Also, how long did it take for you to become that proficient with a flex nib?

i want that first pen so bad but i cant find it where did you get it
I got it from a little store in France called atelier Lesoon :) But this pen is rare it's difficult to find 😅
@@ASMRfountainpens dam it

Im sorry but what is this music name 0:31
It's written in the description :)
@@ASMRfountainpens Thank you so much ❤️🔥
As a non-English speaker, I feel that this font is very difficult to read and write.
😂
@@ASMRfountainpens What's funny? 🗿🥲
@@nonamenoanything9729 I thought you were saying that I write so badly that you couldn't read it 🤣
@@ASMRfountainpens Oh, no, you write beautifully.
