Hello ! This video is a kind of sequel to the medieval / early Renaissance "The Lady of the Manor" series, that includes a lot of paper sounds, coins sounds, writing with a quill pen, unintelligible whispers, folding and wax sealing. And a crackling fire of course.

I've noticed that when I find an ASMR artist who I love and watch a lot, I start mimicking some of their on-screen habits in real life. The other day I was choosing between some canisters of tea in my bedroom, and I found myself passing my fingers between them super thoughtfully, probably 5x longer than I normally would, and I was like, "Oh my gosh, I'm in a Moonlight Cottage video right now!" You have such a special presence in your videos and I love it so much.

Now I noticed that I'm tapping everything since I started watching ASMR...
I've also noticed that now when I'm doing something like drawing or writing, i whisper very lowly, in an almost unintelligible way what i'm doing. As if it was a tutorial for myself. It's kinda fun actually and sorta relaxes me.

A great idea for a video would be a "tutorial" or "get ready with me" type of video where you show us how you do your hair, makeup and dress up as the character you are portraing in ASMR. That would be awesome.

It takes a lot of time. So, no for me.
I think it's more personal in hand written letters than email though email dose have it's advantages as well if you have to move and instantly let the person know the new address

Amazing! Love the old world feel. Sometimes I wish I was there back then but I bet life was even harder than it is now. If they only has ASMR in those times maybe everyone would be more relaxed lol. Glad I have this now.

I love how there is so much this video doesn't tell us. I wanna know what she's thinking, who she's writing to, what she's writing about, what those papers say, why she was counting the coins... everything. Just 3 videos and I have become invested in this character in the same way I'm invested in the worlds of Tolkien or Rowling - that is some serious artistic talent right there

In general no one on UA-cam is close to this French woman and quality of her ASMR content 👌
@@elenachmeleva3901 Atmosphere just has a different style, and maybe her style is just not to your taste, and that's okay. For me, her videos feel more like I'm in a dream 🌙 there's something very ethereal and not-quite-real about them, it's such a unique sensation and I think it's fantastic. Whereas Diane's videos feel more like I'm actually there in the room with her, it feels more grounded. Very different, but both exceptional nonetheless 👌

I used to HATE ASMR. Still kind of do lol. It usually makes my skin crawl and makes my head want to explode. Like the noises literally make me angry😅 This channel is the only one I can listen to. It actually relaxes me! I don't get the "tingles" everyone talks about but it is so comforting and soothing to me:)

I’m pretty sure I remember that she does it all on her own! Either she just has multiple cameras set up or she plans the shots really well to put together in the editing phase. Pretty sure she has a film background so the latter wouldn’t surprise me.

I would love a Q&A as well! However in the description she only lists the use of one camera and 2 mics that she uses. So assuming for that, it's all done with one camera and just multiple angles?

Your roleplays are the only ones I like. My preference is the unintentional stuff. The effort you put in puts everyone else to shame, the roleplaying is so good it almost matches the unintentional asmr in feeling natural and not milking every potential sound (the sounds are obviously still there).
