Congratulations on 100 episodes. I really look forward to them every month. I'm not as mobile as I was, so is really appreciated. THANK YOU TO ALL CONCERNED!!!
Congratulations on hitting one hundred !!!! I have been watching since about No 60 and will now go back and catch up over the next few months. Really really enjoy the very varied content and looking forward to much more
I stumbled across these update videos during the covid lock down over here in NZ, have been enjoying (I think) every one of them since. Long may they continue. As much as I enjoyed seeing & hearing 134 running and the recap of some of the previous videos the outtakes was the best bit. I've had my fair share of hilarious slip ups while recording so I find it highly entertaining when others experience similar slip ups but can see the funny side of them 😆
The valve settings on 134 need a bit of work. Sounds very uneven. Still, I guess that's part of the tuning process. Looks like it has a good-sized tender!
The timing is correct, the uneven volume was the bypass valves not seating. this was resolved by the end of the day and it now sounds much more as it should.
Jon. When the Whitemetaling is done, can it be in one of the future videos? I know where the Whitemetal goes and what gor, and how it is machined, but never seen how it is actually applied to bearings.
Nice to see the old Cherry Red coach livery again. (I model that era in 16 mil) Still very hard to keep up with all the Ffesty repaints these days, so I try and stick to 1970s/1980s.
100th edition already? Strewth, where's the time gone? What a shame the S.African swinging seats had to be removed from the Kalahari and the Garratts ... probably for the best tho'! I see now why Manning Wardle opted for Joy valve gear for the L&B locos. Looks like Infrastructure are in for an 'interesting' 24/25 off-season!! Great roundup from Blodge. Hard to say which project is my favourite from all of those, though particularly looking forward to seeing the NWNG Spooner Ashbury
As stated, 134’s valve timing was way off. That said, the exhaust itself sounded fantastic, engine really seems a brute. Once all the kinks are ironed out she’ll put on a good show.
Ahhhhh fabulous! Thanks for letting me be involved so far and here’s to many more filming days and outtakes!
You’re welcome.

Thank you for 100 Moving Pictures. I enjoyed every single one of them!
Just like the last line of narration: FANTASTIC!
Congratulations and a big thank you for the hundredth issue! I'm really looking forward to the next 100 reels.

NG15 very well presented loco. 🙂🙂 Great film too, thank you. 👏👏
Great to see this magnificent piece of engineering finally come alive 👍
The NG 15 certainly sounds quite impressive. that's for sure.
100 not out! Here's to many more 🥂

So what's that ballast scraper for anyway?
2 of these engines are also owned by the Bennett Brook Railway in Western Australia

We will see what we can do.
It'll need it with that bio fuel!!!😂
Great video - like!
The outtakes 😂😂

24:38 Sounds abit like an American transfer caboose.
Is there a bypass valve stuck open or something, sounds strange?
Yes, it is addressed in the captions and has been fixed.
