For those complaining about the crowd. I was there with a Buddy. Only 50 invited!!! We were all cheering and singing. Also the sound is not from Microphones in the general area, but are directly from Frank so only crowd sounds were picked up from that Mic. It was great!!! Left work early in the AM with a buddy and put on a great noontime buzz and yelled and sang. Also got invited to his second short set a year later, at the Boston Globe, which was low key.
The reason Frank Turner is one of the best song writers in the world is because he writes them with such emotion! When he plays Redemption, you can tell that this song has such meaning and that's what makes it so perfect!
Trust me, the crowd was hardly quiet. There were only about 50 of there, and it was live radio. He was one of the nicest performers I've ever met, came out and talked to the crowd, stood for pix, etc. (He's also really tall! I didn't expect that.)
I think the fact that they're dead is that because it's a radio show being broadcast they'd ask them to be quiet during the songs, like most live concerts that are played on radio.
You don't hear much from the crowd because the audio feed from the mic is turned up (because it was live on the radio), plus there was only about 50 people there (it was a private performance). Trust me. The crowd was not dead.

Great to hear some rarely played songs
Never disappoints. I mean - never. Awesome musician.
'Good and gone' is an instant Frank classic.
I love Frank Turner, love the quality of sound in the video, always nice to see good live sets! Keep rockin' brother!

We were practically screaming it back to him. The mic didn't pick anything up. The audio was turned way up for the radio broadcast
I must agree, I really like it. Also, Redemption acoustic was amazing.
Good and Gone is a solid song. Scratch that, Frank Turner is just a solid musician!
The crowd was quite loud (I was there). It's the mic, the audio feed is turned way up for the radio broadcast.
Frank Turner sings Tom Jones. Delilah!!!!!!!
I think they're just admiring his music,

7:40 ... ya missed one ;)
what part in I still believe is about boston?
probably because it's a private radio show.
Good and Gone was awesome, and WTF? No one knew the words "I Still Believe" ??
Jesus that crowd is dead compared to most Frank shows. Weird...
this is the worst crowd i have ever seen, he must of felt so shite after such a brilliant set
Shameful crowd, no singing, no dancing, boring!
the crowd sucks..
