Thanks Trina for such a great review. Btw, for melasma, in my case, I find that the Shiseido White Lucent series clears melasma better than hydroquinone can within 3 months
As others have said, you can definitely see the difference ❤ you look fab and I love your reviews. This is 100% on my list, just waiting patiently for it to come back intp stock
I can definitely see a difference but you are just so beautiful anyways! I have very stubborn hyperpigmentation and my neck is awful but I think it’s because of 4 surgeries and losing weight! Thank you as always for your thorough review and the time that you always put into make sure you explain everything to us! It’s so appreciated! Have a wonderful week! 🥰
Thank you for this review and test period. Here's a thought, how about using more aged volunteers to test out devices. I only say this because your skin is already improved from using several different devices. I'm sure there are many who would enjoy volunteering for that!
Thanks for the feedback, but that would be something you could ask tripollar about directly. I have my own UA-cam channel I work on on my own and I don’t have extra devices and other volunteers on my team that could test devices. I don’t have a team. You could reach out to tripollar and ask them to what other UA-camrs they gifted the device ? I take this as a compliment, as I work really hard at keeping my skin looking youthful , so at 48 years old, I really appreciate your comment!
I recall you posting in the group that you had an issue with the nebulyft with your melasma getting worse. People do say that heat and melasma don't go together. As well as NIR. So are you saying that other than nebulyft, you use radio frequency on your melasma areas and find RF helpful?
Hi Trina - We in the US don’t have the eye version of the Tripollar devices. Can you use the stop x under the baggies of your eyes? In your videos, it does show you circling in that area.
Thank you, Trina, for the comprehensive review. I cannot wait until it hits the USA. I own the Stop VX and have achieved noticeable results. Do you feel that the Edge delivered similar results to your Stop VX or were the results more pronounced with the Edge?
Hi Trina, for melasma have you tried topical and oral tranexamic acid? The oral especially can be very effective (normally it's used as treatment for heavy menstrual bleeding, so you need to have a prescription, and avoid it if you have a tendency to develop blood clots).
Thank you! It seems every time I think I’m « all set », some new interesting device comes out… This one is on the pricey side, but I’m definitely interested! The thing is to make sure to make the time to use it…. It gets to a point where it’s totally unrealistic to just keep adding on. And from what I understand, you do need to give a bit of time for collagen production. How would you go about integrating this in a routine that already includes LED (current body mask), micro current (MyoliftQT, including gloves and guasha), RF (Stop Vx) and the Nira… ?
I was wondering the same. Very time consuming. I'm now more interested in the Ellacor micro core procedure where they use hollow needs to punch out core of skin, making thousands of tiny holes that heal in two weeks and 'shrink wrap' the skin. Need three treatments for best results but people have gotten good results with two. Dr Stefanii Kappel was in the clinical trials years ago. She is in Newport Beach so I imagine it's more expensive. There is a doc in Miami who is less than $2k
Its definitely on my wish list, if tis is out of stock in UK, its not available in US yet, how long does it take to be available in MX 😢😢😊, maybe years, i love my tripollar VX device i want to alternate them , thank you Trina 😘🇲🇽
I can tell a difference. Your skin looks plumper and smoother and brighter. I just got mine and can’t wait to see results. I have the stop VX and notice when I’m consistent with use and red light therapy it makes a noticeable difference.
@@lurb1557 Sadly, not a great experience for me. I purchased it full price from Sephora in Sept and after two months the button stopped working. Great review as usual! Regarding before and after photos, I definitely see the improvement in the skin plumpness which add more youth to the face. You look more refreshed, like after vacation. Great results! Of the topic, I wanted to ask why you don’t consider using hydroquinone for pigmentation, it’s really works wonders.
@@beautybeyond40, good if it works! I’ve used hydroquinone couple of years ago and it was fine, but not 100% result. And this year my dermatologist in Switzerland suggested to try it here. Thanks for this video. Niacinamide (B3) has taken away the brown spots on my hands! When I stopped taking it they came back. If you were to buy one RF device which one would it be? Thank you 🥰
Thanks for recommending this item. I stalked the Tripollar website awaiting the Edge’s US release because of this vid. I finally received my Edge however I’m surprised that the use of gel isn’t recommended by the company while using this device because it burns. This is my first time using device and I find myself squinting when using around the eye contours.
Correct - you’re not supposed to use gel so that the device can work properly. I don’t have sensitive skin and I don’t have any issues using it on the highest setting. I barely feel it on level 3 so maybe you can reach out to them and ask them for help?
@@beautybeyond40 Thank you for your reply. I will definitely reach out as you suggested because I use it on the lowest setting and it burns, even on my hands.
Hey jumping on this comment. My skin is not sensitive at all and this product is barely bearable on level 1. It’s almost like a bite is how I would describe it. I bought it from an authorized retailer and it’s under warranty so I’m sending the product in to Passiflora inc for testing and I’ll update if they find it’s defective. Seems like a few people are experiencing some pain with this product.
An update. When I received my Envig, the package was damaged and so was the exterior of device. I reached to Tripollar and they immediately replaced the device at no charge. My replacement device feels a lot more tolerable and comfortable on my face than the first, even with my sensitive skin.
Thanks for the video! I just received my Envig Edge (I live in EU) and used it for the first time. I must say that using it does sting quite a bit, but it is not unsupportable. After the treatment it feels similar to Fractora which I have had done to me once. The effect is similar, right? So I guess this is actually working as my skin does feel "treated" after using Envig Edge. Fractora was beneficial for me, I hope this does the trick, too.
I barely feel mine. Sometimes it stings if my face is damp because I’m sweating. I don’t have sensitive skin at all though. This device definitely works and I love it! So glad you got one
Thank you so much for this review. The short treatment time is appealing to me. I have the Newa but I don’t use it because of the 20min treatment time. I know in the video you said the company doesn’t indicate this to be a replacement to their RF-only device. But from your own experience would you recommend this to someone instead of RF-only?

Good evening, Trina. I saw your review and demo about a month ago and I bought one using your code which saved me money. So, thank you. I absolutely love my Envig. I'm sorry to bother you but since you have one I have a question I hope you can answer. Do you click the trigger button up to get it to emit energy or do you click the trigger button down down to get it to flash blue? I'm sure I'm just being a doof but I can't find where in the directions it says to click the trigger up or to click it down to make it flash. The directions say to "Place the treatment stamp flat against your skin and press the Trigger button to emit energy. During the pulse, the headlight will briefly turn blue and a vibration will follow. At the end of the pulse, the device will beep." I hear it click when I push it either way and sometimes it seems to delay from the time I push the trigger to when the laser emits the blue energy so I'm confused as to whether you click it up or down. I am so sorry to bother you with such a ridiculous question but it has really got me stumped. Thanks in advance...
@@lurb1557 Yes. I had to send pictures of my device to them and they said the trigger was broken and it shouldn't make a clicking noise so they sent me a new one. Thank you...
The Nira pro is a laser that smooths wrinkles. The envig edge is a fractional radio frequency device that tightens skin and also resurfaces the skin - so I would pick this one since it does more. I don’t have sensitive skin, so I can’t speak to that, but it might be best to use it on the lowest setting if you have sensitive skin. I can’t speak to the effectiveness compared to the NIRA pro because I haven’t done a side-by-side 90 day test. I tested the envig edge for 3 months and I honestly haven’t had any time to test the nira pro for an isolated 3 months because I moved on to do another 3 month test of the lyma laser. 9 months is a really long time to dedicate to organically testing devices so I haven’t had time to test the nira pro with my current workload. I did do a short video comparing the 2 devices on my channel if you want to go watch it and see my thoughts based on the information that is available like price, technology, and time commitment etc.
@@beautybeyond40 thank you!, I think I’ll probably give the envig edge a try, especially if there’s a good Black Friday deal… ;-). Also wanted to tell you I really like your videos, your channel is very informative!
How do you use this Envig Edge with another tripollar RF device? Can you do one day Envig Edge and the next day tripollar RF device (since both devices require 3 times a week in the beginning) or would that be too much to use RF technology every day?
Hi. I made this video a long time ago but I’m pretty sure I specifically answered that question in the video if you want to go back and rewatch the Q&A section?
The smooth plastic shell design appears to be slippery and problematic for regular handling. I probably placed heavily on bathroom counter, the RF part stopped working(no heat from 49 beams). I got my Envig Edge on Oct 8, 2024. Only used once, 2nd time RF no heat. I sent the emails with device serial # and videos to Tripollar, the reply was “the issue is typically encountered when the device has been dropped.” I asked to be escalated, no reply and no response. My device shows no signs of external damage-there are no scratches, dents, or marks; and the lights and buttons functioned as normal. I have used it strictly as outlined in the User Manual. Why I should bear the cost of a malfunction like this? Envig Edge is Made in China with the slippery smooth plastic shell. Try something else like ZIIP Halo, made in US, better material and quality.
Sorry to hear this happened to you. I don't have any issues with the Envig Edge, still use it regularly, and don't find it slippery at all. Since you are saying it is slippery - are you saying you did drop it or you didn't drop it? The ZIIP is a microcurrent device and very different from a radio frequency device like the Envig Edge, so I don't think people would be deciding between these 2 devices; it's comparing apples to oranges. Regardless, many people complain that they have found the new ZIIP Halo to fall apart easily and have been having issues with it malfunctioning from using the wrong cord to charge it up, so I guess everyone has their own experience and while I appreciate you sharing your experience, I think it's best to resolve this directly with the manufacturer (Tripollar in this case) since I have nothing to do with customer service, warranties, and device malfunctions and everyone seems to have a different unique experience.
How are the “channels” created without actual ablation or puncture? And btw, I know what you mean about feeling a tightness that doesn’t really translate in photos.

@@kara6767 I don’t know because I haven’t started testing the NIRA Pro Laser yet on my face and neck. I am currently testing my lyma laser week 5 of 12.
the edge is not available in the US and it cost $1200 and the Nira pro is $600 and it is available in the US so maybe that can help you make your decision.
not to be rude but why bother with natural light when you clearly have a studio with studio lights? that would make this whole before and after picture more consistent. Also the before and after picture looks like its either taken in different devices or the before picture had HDR on which would show way more wrinkles which isn't a fair comparison. I know you mentioned you tried hard and I am not trying to be rude but these before and after picture does not give me confidence to plop down £700 for this device at all.
Because my studio lighting blurs imperfections and makes my skin look better than it actually is. I don’t ever have the HDR setting on my phone so that’s not the case with my photos ever.

@@beautybeyond40 yes, It’s new. I just purchased it. Should arrive soon!
Hi Where can I get this in the US? Thank you ❤️
It is not available in the US
Does it replace the nira pro or the dr pen???
I don't use dr pen, and you can't overlap NIRA with the envig edge, so it could replace it since you would only use ONE of these modalities.
I wonder why it doesn’t have FDA Clear. It’s keeping me from buying it
Because it’s a new technology for at-home use and they have to start from the very beginning and the FDA clearance process and takes a long time
How does it differ from nire pro laser?
One is a laser and the other is radio frequency with skin ablation.
@@beautybeyond40 is it better than nira pro laser?
@@kara6767 I don’t know because I haven’t started testing the NIRA Pro Laser yet on my face and neck. I am currently testing my lyma laser week 5 of 12.
the edge is not available in the US and it cost $1200 and the Nira pro is $600 and it is available in the US so maybe that can help you make your decision.
@@beautybeyond40 they do the same thing dear? Either? Or is tripollar better?
not to be rude but why bother with natural light when you clearly have a studio with studio lights? that would make this whole before and after picture more consistent.
Still out of stock in UK. So annoying!!!
I know! Tripollar said today that it's still out of stock :(
@Beauty Beyond 40 thanks for the review though I can see a big difference!
Why this device is not recommended to be used on the neck area ?
Where did you hear that? I talk about the neck and use it on my neck in the demo portion of this video...?
No difference at all...sorry
