Great video Callum. Always had a soft spot for the ESR and had a driver experience session on 46447 last year....enjoyed every second of it. Must get back there soon.
Lovely video Callum. I'm an up North modeler so LMS is my thing but it's always great to see locos in steam from anywhere. All the trackside details you showed and the locos and carriages themselves are a great resource for trying to make models look more realistic. Awesome job! 👍
Great video Callum, I remember seeing 4555, at Ashburton, when I was a kid, it was their second purchase direct from BRs Newton Abbott shed in 68…thought this line had closed down, but …???
@@SDJR7F88 I was down at the SDR this week, the A38, uses the old track bed for about 1/2 mile towards Ashburton and the river bridge was removed, when the road was built, as the rail and road are on the same elevation, it definitely won’t be extended, this way anyway, it’s gone forever…🥲
Amazing video as always Callum, I visited as well on the Sunday, was a really good gala! Kind regards Tom
Thanks Tom, really was a cracking event. Never seen it so busy! Hopefully the railway did well from it.

Many thanks Bob! Glad you enjoyed it. Really is a superb little line. Need to get up there and see some more of 4110.
Excellent stuff as always I really need to get here at some point, Always look to put on a good show the shot at 9:22 looks new
Highly recommend! Such a friendly bunch there, plus you get to walk around the sheds too
Hiya - @ 3:20 that 0-4-0 looked like it was ready for a 'drag race' 0-20 in 1. 2 hrs!!! 😀🚂🚂🚂
Na, Lady Nan had a bit of head start if so
Nicely filmed.
Glad you enjoyed it

Indeed. There is talks about getting the South Devon Railway extended back into Ashburton, but whether this will happen I honestly don't know

Another great video Calum, when I last visited they had a small halt near the engine shed have they got rid of that now?
Many thanks Chris! Yes, believe it is being rebuilt
