@@titleist I already exchanged the clubs for a set of Ping G425 clubs. Amazingly, even though the back plates flew off of two of seven of the Titleist T350s which I bought as a set, I still had to fight Titleist on the phone from Dick’s before exchanging. The Titleist rep wanted to replace only the defective two clubs. Then I argued that if two of the seven clubs proved defective within less than 30 days, it was likely that other clubs in the set would also soon prove defective. Then he finally relented and I was authorized for an exchange. All of this moves me to henceforth buy the clubs of other, more consumer-friendly companies.
The cap has now fallen of the back of mine for the second time. I have already had he heads replaced after one month and now this happens again. Not what I would expect for £1250!
