@@staceylewisdesigns I agree! Gabriel was such an awesome person to do this review for me! Super thorough and very knowledgeable on the product! The innovation is incredible and Harvey plans to introduce so much more next year! I appreciate the kind feedback!!!
@@dsdragoon I completely agree! I really think they are trying their best to bring some good innovation to us woodworkers! I appreciate the kind feedback 👊🏼
I own the Harvey Alpha 15" bandsaw, 4HP Alpha Table saw with the integrated Harvey Router table/fence, the G700 Dust processor, and have been very happy with how all those tools have performed and held up to everything I've put them through and I've put them through perhaps more than they are designed to handle, but they are built durably and have not failed or bogged down in anyway. To see they continued to innovate, are listening to user feedback and as a result, engineering these clever solutions, I find impressive. The digital additions, upgraded features and improved ergonomics are great, but what I find clever is applying the rust resistant nickel plating, not just to the work surfaces, but also to internal components...so smart. No something I would have thought a tool manufacturer would put in the effort to do. The changes to the bandsaw are substantial. Now, I don't 'need' to upgrade any of my Harvey tools whatsoever, but some of these new features are compelling.
@@billwilliamson4715 I completely agree with everything you said here! I really like that they are trying to innovate and bring some new ideas to some of these tools. The owner is extremely relatable and wants to provide tools that us woodworkers can use and enjoy 👊🏼
@@joebonadies8533 I said the same thing when I saw it! Lots of room there to get your hands in and adjust things. Looked a lot less fidgety to mess with as well. Some good ideas, and hopefully they work pretty well!
Very recently, I bought the Harvey Ambassador C14 bandsaw, and am disappointed by how much space is taken up but the very wide fence. Are there any plans to make something to address this issue??
@@PaganWizard I’m not sure if they are pursuing anything with that or not. I know they do take consumer feedback seriously, and it might be worth communicating that issue with them! It seems they are very open to making sure they update and try their best to fix issues. They did this with the table saw fence from the old version to the new Big Eye. So definitely worth offering them your feedback!
@@Davesmusic86 I’m pretty sure this bandsaw was a prototype for the IWF event. Not sure on the release date for production. I apologize if this was unclear, I should have clarified that these aren’t yet released. But they will be soon!
They have some neat new tools! They were one of the only companies I saw that had this much innovation with standard equipment. Shaper was another good booth! I did see a few booths with nice safety features on their saws as well!
He did a great job going over all the features. They keep innovating. Exciting stuff.

My opinion of the Harvey Tool has gone up 100%!

Wow - Front Load Band Saw Blade.. Great Feature. And with XXL Hands, the room to adjust looks really helpful.

The micro adjust on the guide rollers is fantastic!

I’m not seeing these bandsaw features on the website.

Zero AI here. Let’s stop abusing the term.
@@BeaulieuTodd This is how Harvey describes the technology used, but I’m not an expert for sure. I’m always open to learning and feedback 👊🏼
