I was abused,went through over 30 foster placements and children's homes,Became Homeless at age 18,mental health got worse,my business had failed for the 3rd time I felt alone,like a couldn't make it,like what was the point in life I changed my thoughts started believing it was possible and now I have my own flat,my own business etc and I'm 20 our Thoughts limit us if you let them,Let go of the past,take action towards your future and most importantly never give up and you will be okay no matter what hardships come your way!

First, just know that a positive mindset is a choice. So, being grateful for what you have and only focusing on the good is huge. Every morning read some positive affirmations, it makes a big difference. It's something that takes practice, and sometimes needs to be worked for. But, it's worth it because you deserve to live a happy life.

My life didn't had a happy beginning , I was ADHD patient, extreme introvert,I was questioning myself that am I mentally growing or not but hurdles never stop then after I had shoulder fracture because of a deadly accident, Maths was killing me at onetime and the worst of all was panic Disorder , I had panic attacks everyday continuously for 2 months , I had thought Disorder which traumatized me but in though times my mother motivated me and always stood by my side , then slowly and slowly I recovered from panic Disorder and by hardwork and consistency I scored 93 out of 100 in my 10 th grade exam , sports shaped my personality slowy and steadily I was becoming the best version of myself , I schocked myself by showing such drastic changes and I am every day working on myself and I am loving this process . Thank you fearless motivation for helping me in my though times, finally i learnt that it it's not the beginning which will decide who I am it's going to be the rest of my story which will decide who I am.

Self-doubt is the biggest enemy. It can slowly consume & ruin yourself unknowingly. Thank You team fearless for this wake up call. With a strong belief in myself I write this comment. One day I m really gonna be proud of myself for fighting all those battles and living the life of my dream.

I’ll be honest my girlfriend is incredibly depressed she cuts and she has attempted suicide several times and each time I’ve talked her down I get worried...worried i won’t be able to stop her the next time around...worried she won’t listen but then she listens to me and I feel Hope surge through me and I just hold her and tell her “I love you it’s going to be ok I promise it’ll get better” and I often sing to her as well. I want her to be safe and happy and I promise her all the time “you will be happy again and when that day comes we will hold each other in our arms and let the world around us melt” this video helped me to find something for her
show her your wisdom. Go jogging, meditate, practice yoga. There are a lot of things you can do to feel better about yourself and if you feeling little better make plans and achieve them. that's the way you get confidence and feel strong.

I have watched this video a year ago and I was going through so much with my parents’ opinions and telling me I will never achieve what I want in life, and at that time, I thought it was more painful than my own thoughts.

My dream is to become an actor when I grow up. A while ago, I mentioned this to my dad, and he told me how few people managed to successfully get the job. He said so kindly and gently, but the internal damage had been done. 2 months later, I came upon this video. Each and every word, each and every second rebuilt by confidence that I would someday reach my dream of becoming an actor. Never will I be able to thank the creator of this video enough. They are an incredible, amazing, awesome person.
I realize acting is a high risk high reward position, but if you really think it's your calling and don't go for it you will suffer a lifetime of regret. I'm telling you this from experience.

Took me a long while to get through self-hate as I practiced.
I know some take many many years. Took me about a year and a half.
But once I finally got through that much, even though I'm not yet satisfied with how good I am, I have loads of fun trying.
Sure there are days I wake up on the worse side, but still it doesn't even cross my mind the thought of giving up.
And I feel like: "Go ahead, and put the effort! Someday, you'll be there. Look at how long the path behind already is. Not enough yet, but it was a lot already."
Never again did I have the thought of giving up. Even in the days I felt like "This won't get me anywhere.", I still kept going against my very mind, and I'm glad I always did it until it got better. Until I kind of gave up, not on what I'm working on, but I "gave up on giving up on myself" and will keep going.
These videos played a good part on getting me through many of those darker days.
My path is far from finished.
But it is far from where it has begun, too.
There is a long way to go. But I'm much further from where I started, when even taking that one first step felt like something impossible. Like I'd drown as soon as I did it. Like I would be just setting myself for disappointment and nothing else.
Thank you to all of you who make these videos.
Nowadays I find myself needing to look at them much less than I did before, which isn't a bad thing.
They helped me through the worst times, and now I feel like every message given had a part in helping me in its own way, to believe that I had to keep going, even if I couldn't see anything at all.

And if you did wrong in something, admit it and learn from it. Behaviour depends on people, you have to behave according to the person next to you. Example-if he's elder than you, you have to respect him and be polite. Just Be Honest while conversations that's the basic theme. Just try it I know it will work

But if smone gives up totally,after facing constant multiple shocks,tragedies,lost family,kids,Bank Vp grade job,home,wealth,,etc,,fallen frm top to zero,,practically these lectures work if you remain little normal,but if you are alone n no one is taking care then Practically you need a true strong caring person to take you out from this situation when u r stuck in room for a year,can,t change,can,t manage anything,can,t go in day light,health going worse,always live n die every second,no hope,no goal,no one comes to c u,then Even Doctors Counsellers say that you need a strong caring guardian to recover you....Respected Bro..Will you truly help,, ...
