Thank you Chloe I started crying at about the middle of the song because the night before I am posting this comment my Stepdad was extremely drunk. When he is drunk he tries to teach me how to fight but I’m not a person to fight unless necessary. I ended up yelling at my stepdad and spending an hour in my room but then my mother told me to come out and talk to her my stepdad kept saying “beat him up beat him up” several times over and over when I came out. And before I met my stepdad my biological father was violent towards me and my mother. Again thank you Chloe a lot this was kind of a refresher and something that kept me from wanting to run away from my family.

GraueSeele It kinda addresses all LGBT+. The writer/singer of the song (Cavetown) actually is Aro, so he doesn’t feel any affection towards anyone. It’s a song that will always hit me hard

GraueSeele what? it’s not about that at all, it’s just a song about not fitting in and how he’s aromantic. No clue where you got that from.
Also why do you like the fact that he knows Cavetown’s sexuality, it’s not important and hopefully it isn’t your way of saying that it means he’s a fan. i've always thought of this song like this:
a brother and sister are lying on the roof. the brother is trans and the older one. his "sickness" is his own self-hatred brought on by dysphoria. they're being abused at home. this is their only solace, the roof. the voices towards the end are the brother's dysphoria.
