Here's one free month of Starlink service! Starlink high-speed internet is great for streaming, video calls, and gaming in even the most remote locations on Earth. www.starlink.com/residential?referral=RC-2246582-42124-57&app_source=share
It's a winner. Works even on the Top of the World in the Yukon and coming down the Cassiar highway. Cassiar is 450 miles of no cell service at all. The one in my van is converted to 12 volt with a Starbox. Uses less power, one touch powered up.
Thank you for the update really appreciate it. I’m also considering Starlink heading to Alaska next year so will definitely need good Internet. I just haven’t decided if I’m going to get Starlink Mini or Starlink Gen 3.
@Reneellinedance Ohhh Alaska is the dream! How exciting 😀 There is that 30 day money back guarantee...you might be able to try the mini and if you find it's unacceptable, return and then get the Standard...🤷🏼♀️
Thanks for the information! You mentioned that you can make WiFi calls using Starlink internet. What app are you using to make calls. I am familiar with Skype, but I would like to know what you are using. Terry
@TerryMarabito You're welcome 😊 I don't use an app for wifi calling. Most smartphones have built in wifi calling capabilities. You'll find it in your settings.
If I am just a weekend warrior, can I pause every Monday and start back up on Fridays to prolong the service for smaller prices or would Starlink charge for a full month still?
@TimothyMichaels I hear you! I think as time goes on the prices will come down to a more reasonable level. When we first took a look, the hardware price was $750!! 🫣🤢
@@ronniebaker7782 I have service through AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Regardless of carrier, Google, Apple, etc. track you. No way around it unless you have zero smart phones. I suspect you have a smart phone and some carrier since Elon doesn't do cell service.

I'm definitely thinking about upgrading to starlink
It's worth a try! ☺️
Thank you! What are you using for tv?
@@annabelbigley4986 We have Hulu, Netflix, Paramount +, and we watch UA-cam...A LOT 😅
@annabelbigley4986 Also Amazon!
Good info, thanks
@@Dronerangerspro Sure thing! 😊
Did you notice that the spots it isn’t available are the same areas that are sensitive military installations?
@poncho6784 I didn't...🤣 Colorado Springs has full coverage and there's that whole Norad thing 🤷🏼♀️
Question when you unpause starlink is it instant or do you have to wait a day or 2 before getting service back on ? Great video thank you
@@tyman2007 It's instant!

@@orangepowerguy Correct you get charged a full month. 🫤
Do you still have to have a separate cell phone service or is it cell too? We have Comcast Xfinity.
@@Singinchicsnana Nope Verizon for cell and Hotspot
Do you have to buy the stand separately? I thought you set it up outside and it moves to find a signal
@@chadkoller7809 That is the previous generation hardware that has that stand. It is sold separately as an accessory.
I'll wait till starlink is in dollar general🤣

Pay for unlimited data for an extra $10
Can't afford those prices 😲

Wow, yeah hopefully in near future.
I just despise the thought of giving Elon Musk a penny of my money, especially for them to track my travels.
Do you think they care and why does it matter?
I’d rather give it to Elon than Verizon. I’d love to tell Verizon 2 pound sand
