Why do you need to add 4" or 5" to the underbust measurement? The band should fit snugly, so adding inches does not make sense.

I don't understand how you get double cup sizes. My under bust is 42 and my over bust is 46 so I've been wearing a 44DD. Is this the right size?

Please note that if someone's ribcage is small (32 or less) add 2 to 4 inches to get the band size. If their ribcage is medium (34 to 38) add 0 to 2 inches. If they are larger, don't add anything. Then the lady should go to the dressing room with both band sizes as sister sizes. The model should try 32C and 34B. Check cup fit after deciding if the band is right. edited to add: The chart is literally at 0.20
