I’m more in the “buy once, cry once” camp. But your input has been invaluable. I hope to hear more about your recent rifle project. Black coffee. Hot. Add a creamer.
Great video thank you. 2 points about cleaning brass. 1st is to me it depends on the firing platform. Semi auto will be filthy compared to others. Second, the wet tumbler with SS pins makes it so quick and easy now you actually save time by not needing to clean primer pockets. Just my 2 cents.
I started reloading four years ago with three Lee Classic Reloaders (at $40 a piece) , a rubber mallet ($15), a Hornady gen 3 1500 pocket scale ($40), and the Lee dipper set (another $10). Made three bullets and wished I had not of wasted my money on them. That is $185that I could had put toward better equipment. I have since started to go all out getting the finer tools of the trade. I have spent at least $5,000 so far and can easily see spending another $10,000 on tools alone. I have collected over 70 manuals so far and know of at least ten more that are on my list of things to get. I really see no end to this so called hobby that was supposed to save me money. Oh well. And did I mention that I will be wanting to build a special room just for reloading?
Redding Big boss 2 for me with RCBS dies. I make hunting ammo and really enjoy it. I have a really inexpensive lee C frame press i use for my .30-30 factory crimp die. I need to invest in the lyman case prep express, you said it does work with the Lee hand trimming tools? I use those manually and am getting tired of the case prep by hand. great content as usual.

If I'm not in my load room it's because I'm asleep, work, vaca, or a hunt.
