I think That the whole "Tentative" statement needs to stop! Being disappointed Multiple times is not good. AGS needs to get their shit together and when they give a date and players cant count on them. It gives me no confidence in the dev team to meet deadlines and no one can trust them with anything they say then.
They are giving an expected projected date.. IF everything falls into place on their end. Tentative just means that is what they are aiming for... and there is a decent chance that they wont hit their mark.
From what I can see on the outside.. they may be trying to attract new talent.. by providing a non-crunchy sweatshop of a development environment.. there are a bunch of developers that would take huge pay cuts to have a normal schedule. I mean.. its a good move if that is what they are doing.
