The 17 inch height should be adjusted for a person's height yes? Different for short vs very tall person.
Yes
Could you please make an explanation when you performing this exercise test you are measuring power and strength. So could you PLEASE clarify when you are measuring power when strength and when endurance?
I'm 58 and did 20 sit reps with the chair and arms crossed. no bouncing within 30 secs..... what does this mean?
I like that you state the height of the chair, but is there a height to leg-length ratio that we can adjust the test to?
72 female, and I did it with 4 seconds left.
thank you for this video, very interesting!!
Is a changing in the sit to stand pattern a predictor of fall risk in older people?
Should your back hit the back of the chair?
So you don't need to go back to the back rest position? That adds a lot more time.
Thanks
Im only 32 and my PT had me do this and I only got 8before my legs went numb and gave out lol
thanks alot for you and for mr ajaw hash
IM a fit ex veteran but using proper squatting technique whilst I could do a 1000 of those … in 30 seconds I only managed 15? 😂😂😂
Need lapel mics.
Sorry but that test was very badly done
BOB, you most certainly were doing them incorrectly. Perhaps consider a new video and trash this one......
Well, this is useless info.
Don't mumble dear...!
