Tbh a champ getting carried by a single rune if you ask me isn't worth having in a game runes shouldn't define a champ they should have multiple runes to play not just perma playing one single rune
I totally felt the damage nerf while playing, rushing the recommended PD totally destroys your DPS. I found that rushing kraken results in the highest damage output at 1 item, but its still significantly weaker post patch.

@@KAZE29 I tried this out, and you do deal more damage per q/aa, but you lose a lot of dps because you have no attack speed, thus not allowing for faster q stacking/spamming
Ive found that if you manage to get some kills early then berserkers into a zeal then straight into ie feels really good. Then i usually go bt and then whatever is required, basically i just sit on zeal for 90% crit. This only works if u get like 3 or4 kills early tho since ie is very expensive. I go pta - triumph/absorb life - alacrity, secondary is resolve with whatever is situational.

Maybe played too safe, but champ was very easy, has great sustain and felt like season 1 Katarina. (Boots 9 health pots start) no mana, out-sustain lane opponent, reset based champion.
Is there room for me on the Viego mid bandwagon boys?? Been playing the wind bros for 2 days my asshole can't take anymore punishment.

PTA it is. I tried myself, works good early. Compensates on the damage you could've done with lethal. More burst potential for sure

so the only thing i can think off is rush phantom dancer no boots until ie and blood thirster(since BT give no crit ) then you get the boots later for upgraded zephyr, then go tank/brusier to keep BT lifesteal/ shield effective.

Stop being ill, they have been forcing this ADC identity on Yasuo ever since S11 and the moment they see the player base have fun and using him well in bot/midlane. They nerf him to the ground and push a safer playstyle revolving around scaling upon him.
Best build is to go PD first item which is one of the weakest this meta, riot killed not just kraken byt BT for both of them at the same time, there are literally no good build choices other than suffering with PD for crit + attack speed. Yone sucks this season

@@PrettyRaveGirly Mechanical champions need to have negative winrate otherwise there would be no reason for highly competitive players to play anything else.
It's like Tekken. Kazuya is the hardest character to play which is why vast majority of people suck on him. If his moves were made very strong to compensate hard mechanical skill needed there would be no reason to not play Kazuya only.

i wonder if maybe triforce will be good on them, i dont play either much anymore but i can only imagine it would be at least decent and provide some of that missing attack speed
i think its just better to go with conquer + trifoce... then IE... the speed is medicore but triforce gives alot of utility compare to 1st buy kraken or bork

On yasuo? You wont deal much damage
The only build i played that was actually decent was zeal and berserker's into infinity edge, then closing the zeal item later. you will close your first item so much later than the other laner, and this doesn't help with the fact that without LT your early game was altrady weakened, but once you complete zeal+berserker+infinity you end up kinda in a good position (not strong by any mean obvs xd)
I play yone top and I do bersekers-bork-zeal-ie and then zeal item, bork is generally fine in most matchups if you don't plan to teamfight and fills that akward spot when you "waste" 1100 gold on zeal since the passive makes you really strong in the 1v1s
but isnt it possible to run back before the lethal tempo changes? Conqueror didnt get nerfed right?

personally tried the old conqueror build, it feels good, the damage is there and it feels a lot like S8 yasuo, albeit slightyl squishy

If u gonna use PTA on Yasuo i recommend you to use:
1.Phantom Dancer
2.Infinity Edge
3.Kraken Slayer... Then based on matchup but these 3 items gives you enough dmg and attack speed
Utilize the 2 item full crit since crit items give 25 and maybe use some extra health items and grasp proc heartsteels on everyone that gets hit by your E Q

Imo, absolutely horrendous patch in general for adc champs, and pretty much every melee that had kraken in their build. You need the ad, as, and crit for adc but now all the items are specific for only one stat

Honestly it's mostly a yone problem more than a yasuo problem cuz if yasuo is dogshit he loses if yone js dogshit he loses gets bork and then wins
So basically aside from the LT removal, the added 5% crit chance is basically negated by the nerf on yasuo passive. Yasuo literally did not gain anything from this patch lol.
note this bro, bersherkers, zeal, noonquiver. 80% crit chance, a lot at speed and 20 ad, is not much ad but I think its OP, the thing is that the new way to build yasuo is a mystery now, but we have a lot of options, 1.400 gold 40% crit chance and 20 ad... its so fuking op investing 'only' 2.500 gold, you get move speed, at speed, dmg and close to 100% crit chance
So anything that's a problem for ADC is bad now... sounds like something a mana-less balance lead would do.

This also actually happens to evelynn right now, i dont remember honestly when she was this bad like now, shes currently under 47% winrate in higher elo, and around 48% in higher elo. We NEED yasuo and evelynn buffs.

I think u should try to find new build for yasuo.for example in mobile wild rift yasuo tank build is more effective than AD build. With Graspe of undying rune, hearth steel, hydra and so on.

I find it funny that years ago Lethal tempo was not the main rune, it was Conq and it was pretty fine back then. I don't think the Lethal tempo was the main hit here, it's the new adc items makes them so bad to scale to mid game. Phantom Dancer has good attack speed, but 0 ad making it not good as a 1st item compared to back then, but is still a core item. Kraken has 0 crit so yone and yas can't build. Shieldbow is just a crit version of steraks with 0 sustain. Even if IE got mega buff with the ad being 80, that doesn't change the fact that it's harder to snowball with the PD being weaker.
I feel like if they give PD ad that might fix some issues, but it's best to not buff so much in the next patch if riot are going to fix the adc items.
Well they changed Conq so the rune is a bit more difficult to use than before, but the problem resides in the multiple item changes. Just like you said.

Yo tambien echo de menos la epoca del conqueror, que te iba dando dmg y at speed con cada hit

Yas pre lethal was pretty weak for A few years already I remember. U needed a Diana or something if u wanted to win reliably
With lethal Yas became a god early giving him free snowball, now that's gone. At even items Yas doesn't provide much to his team

honestly kraken isn't worth it now that theres no crit, and i swear the on hit got nerfed cause the dmg it gives feels way too low.

I think lethal tempo removal is good, stops that annoying auto attack after missing every ability gameplay but the item nerf is so bad, not one build feels good or is straightforward to build.
This is why i dont like fleet footwork on Yasuo. Press the Attack or Conqeuror is the way.
Berserker's Grieves , Zeal, Navori Flickerblades, IE is the nicest build now imo as a gold Yasuo main.
After 2 of the best yasuo/yone players (Pzzang and Dzukill) said that the champs are in a bad state, i can still see some idiots in twitter voicing their opinion on how yasuo/yone players are just crying. Surely the random zac otp on twitter knows better than Pzzang and Dzukill.

ADCs who didnt rely on LT get to spike way faster and harder currently and thats just a fact, shit like Jhin and Samira who are both 52% wr at Emerald+ GLOBALLY are having the time of their lives, jhin is literally 20% pickrate and Samira 11% pickrate with a whopping 24% banrate, thats almost 1/4 games, you don't need to be GM to know that these shit are strong and packing a punch.
@@samuelcavalcanti3345 if you are doing 75k damage in a low elo game it definitely matters. it means you don't know how to close out matches. NO ONE in diamond+ does 75k.

As an ADC/Top main that got to masters 124lp, i definitely had 25-30 minutes games as a fed Draven where i did 55-60k damage; thats very possible if the enemy has A FED TOP SIDE, specially if they have a strong tank like Ornn or Malphite or a fed Juggernaut like Dr Mundo.

boots, zeal, noonquiver, if fed rush IE, if not, end the new item with the nonquiver that gives you 65 ad. then kraken, and after you can upgrade the boots to what ever you want don't need berserker. this patch is so interesting, maybe not the strongest for yasuo, but at least interesting, tired of the same build and build path tbh, I don't care if he is weaker now, so much fun, so much ways to build. even, you can have a good damage with no crit (kraken, botrk...) but I think yasuo is not made for that, think he got buffed the amount of ad you gain for each % crit chance surpassing the 100%

PD isn't that bad, but you need to change up early itemization for it to be good. No zerkers greaves first, just go starting item (doran's or whatever) into triple dagger, then build that up to PD. Your gold spent vrs. AS is similar to before. It's true 1st item power spike isn't as good now (Kraken Slayer was *actually* nuts as a first item for Yasuo+Yone), but you can then go defensive boots (and still get enough AS by late game for minimum Q CD) and then go IE->BT (BT is just better shieldbow now, it once again has Ichorshield passive). at 2 items+boots, it feels almost as good as before, and *better* at 3 items, but the 1st item powerspike is *definitely* worse.
If you are building PD on Yasuo then u are bronze. U need AD.
@@SkinShowcase-zm3rs The champ wants AD but needs AS and crit to function, simply a consequence of his passive and how his Q CD works. I figured out that since PD gives 12% MS, that works out to +41 off of base MS alone, which is just 4 shy of what boots 2 gives, so you can literally just skip boots entirely to gain tempo into your core items (PD+IE).

@@SkinShowcase-zm3rs Sure, but very few w/ AS+crit, and most of them don't fit on Yasuo or Yone well. and you need AS+crit right out of the gate to get the best scaling up of your damage output. As for AD+crit items, it's well known that IE gives the most damage on both Yasuo and Yone because of the crit damage amp being very well utilized by them.

For anyone who is saying that because his win rate is only 47% it means that in the hands of a good player the champ’s win rate is 55% is completely just wrong af. I usually have a 60% win rate on yas and a 55% on yone, so yes I beat the average player win percentage but to say that it feels like 60 or 55% is bullshit af. It feels like every game it doesn’t matter if I’m ahead or not because yasuo just gets ran sacked my most team comps/champs in solo duo. You go try to play yasuo or yone with hecriam, vi, or reksai on the enemy team and then tell me that the champion is in a good state. He has not been for like 2 seasons now. Yes yone is a little bit better because of his kit and all and how he won worlds for T1 last year, but in that argument, it was only because of the fact that yone counters aatrox so no shit a top laner like Zeus who plays yone will surely beat aatrox.
I just don’t get these arguments, tone and yas are completely screwed here and have nothing to look towards to. The fact that yone and yas have to go bork as their first item shows you how much worse they are. Don’t get me wrong, bork is a good item, but sometimes in games, you feel like bork isn’t doing you justice compared to if you had kraken as your first item

The right move would have been Yone nerfs, not Item reworks that render both champions useless. It's a total mess. You can't get 100% crit on 2 items now unless you want to have no damage for the first 20 minutss because pd is actual dogshit

Why even go Shieldbow now? It has no lifesteal. It's just a very mediocre crit item. We could just go Bork + Zeal + IE as core, but now Zeal got nerfed back to before its buff which makes it even worse for Yas and Yone since they got their crit multipliers put to 2 instead of 2.5. So that's another nerf that doesn't affect anyone in the game except us. Yasuo and Yone got like 10 indirect nerfs in one patch. Still, the build sounds doable.
@@ShadowRaZeV1 I mean yes it is a Mediocre crit item and even though I feel pathetic for buying Shieldbow, the shield it provides and you know this build could safely accompany you to the lategame. But it is very gold demanding to reach IE and this setup seems just plain slow. Still decent I think, and as for as you say "doable" , I don't know. It feels like it is slightly more than doable. ShadowRaZeV1 what do you think I should do? Should I rather buy zeal into phantom dancer or what? If you find another good idea please let me know.
