I think it is because of the recording conditions. I don’t think Dani is still able to deliver such vocals in real live conditions. Don’t misunderstand me, he’s a great vocalist, but in some live videos I have listened to on UA-cam, he sounds very bad from time to time. I saw CoF three times back in 1997, 1998 and 2000, and he was a better vocalist on stage then - that’s just my opinion. I don’t blame him at all because it must be so difficult to be one of the best during all these decades. The voice becomes naturally tired with the time, maybe especially in this kind of music?
From around 10:20 til the end it was breath-takingly and insanely awesome what Dani did with his voice. Chills all the way down my spine and goosebumps all over my body! Awesome!
