Hello,I am a foreigner too, which city do you suggest me to get residence permit ? I am a Chinese passport holder and I make sure that I can buy a house in Serbia. But Is the current policy easier to get a residence permit for starting a company or to buy a house? I know that some cities' water in the northern region of Serbia contain arsenic (except Novi Sad, but its housing prices are expensive), and cities close to Kosovo can also be excluded because there may be residual depleted uranium radiation. The capital is also excluded, and housing prices are expensive.

groceries less expensive in germany. hard to believe. one of belgrade's biggest draws has been the price tag relative to other european capitals. this could have a hugely negative impact on the culture there. it is really hard to believe rent is higher than berlin. hard to believe. i would be very interested in your perception of the city in relation to the influx of ukranian and russians who are fleeing the war and what impact you can perceive besides of course the rents and i know that is part of it. looking forward to your interesting work on belgrade beat in light of the changes in belgrade and with you. send news from the country house especially.

It's kinda funny how you mention that Belgrade is getting more expensive due to the recent infrastructure developments that is going on. The reason why Bangkok for example is cheap is because of the over development in infrastructure and this causes a massive competition between apartments which causes long term rental prices to be affordable for many people. This is one of the allure of Thailand for many foreigners and expats because getting a cheap modern apartment there is so easy.
I think overall though, it is great to see massive developments happening like Belgrade Waterfront. It will make the city much more modern cause Belgrade on a whole right now looks way too dated.

There is no paradise on Earth. Thailand is great, but after some time you can find you may be disappointed, same as with Serbia. There is no home without birth place. Hare people says: "Svuda prodji, kuci dodji". Traveling is good, but days will gone and one day you will probably need safe place for old ages.
It is not bad to think about where we will spend our old age. Think where will our house be in old age. Most likely, you will want to return to the place where you spent your childhood. Will that be possible? In youth, we should think about old age, otherwise our old age may ask where our youth has gone. There is no place in the world like birthplace, in your case: Canada.
As I mentioned, Thailand is great, but for people who was born there. All others can spend some great time as a tourist there. Year or two ... after few years most people find it boring.
One can find happiness only within oneself. Who is looking for himself where he is not, it is a sign that he lacks something where he is.
If you was not happy in Canada, you will be even less happy in Serbia, Thailand or any other place in the Earth. Happiness is inside us, not out side.

Većinu (a neretko i sve) visoke kriterijuma Srpkinja, zadovoljavaju upravo srpski muškarci!
