Great information. I remember doing those tennis ball drills with you. I also remembered you doing football drills on the field while I walked the track. You were always dedicated and you still are.

Should I lift the day of tryout so I look better regarding the eye test?
I used to lift a little before games. It helped me prepare mentally for the game and I liked to have a little pump running out on the field. To each his own.
Ultimately, if it will benefit your mental and physical state, then yes. If not, then no.
Do QBs have to do the same drills?
Yea usually everyone does mostly the same drills at tryouts unless you have a 1on1 tryout.
1on1 as in a private tryout with just you and the coach(es).
