A Euro-Bond per definition is not in denominated in the local currency. - So isn't there some kind of necessity to open up an account which denominates in USD (if it is a Dollar Euro-Bond)?
This plan was simple. Get a loan in the name of GOK. Keep the cash and leave GOK to pay for it. Now they have the money while we're paying heavily with interest. It is Uhuru who should be paying for the debt. The cash never left New York but stayed in his Pandora account there.

I guess the account open at JB Morgan or city may be the role of investment bank in sovereign bond issue. The core issue is to check for evidence of transfer of the gathered finance to the nations check account. It warrants a foreign bank to gather the resources out of the local currency. This does not oppose the presence of fraud but just to ensure we know it is possible have a foreign account within an investment bank to support the underwriting process.
This is correct.. Its the norm for govts to have accounts with international banks, particularly the 3 named, which are usually involved in providing issuer services to govt... Essentially assisting them to issue sovereign bonds in the bond market ..

If we continue on this trajectory, the country will come crashing down. These kinds of dubious little (or not-so-little) actions do add up, building the pressure in society; and at one point the 'dam will burst'. There are already 56 (fifty six) million of us in Kenya, if the figures are to be trusted. Now, juxtapose that with this:- the people who irregularly benefited from the 1billion USD constitute less than 0,00000001% of that population, and yet the whole population is supposed to pay back the loan, plus interest, at the expense of their meals and health, with nothing to show for it. Let the beneficiaries enjoy the party while it lasts, but let them also know that the end might not be very pretty, judging by the dynamics in our society. Besides, most of that illicit loot is probably hidden out of the country. History shows that when the owners will croak, finally; the money will end up benefitting only the jurisdictions where it's hidden or invested. Even their children will not find it an easy task to access those deposits or investments. There are countries, called "Safe Havens", (Orwellian style), which specialize in dispossessing the stupid Africans who steal from their people and go to park the money in those so-called "Safe Havens". They are also aware in those refuges that the money has been siphoned off irregularly; stolen, so they lie in wait and at the opportune time, will pounce and take it for their own benefit. Many celebrated and powerful African thieves have gone this route of ignominy. Where is Gen. Sani Abacha's money now; Eduardo Dos Santos' money?!; what about Mobutu's money?! Africans should stop this folly, irrationality, grand theft and mindless primitive accumulation. They're impoverishing their own people, while making the rich elsewhere (far from home) get richer. That's all there is to it.

Man,this is painful to even listen. Politicians really seem to thinks we Kenyan are bargain chips. Sad.
Now we know why juma was killed.
In 2012/13, the chorus in Central Kenya was Uhuru is too wealthy to steal from Kenyans. If there's a region that's killing Kenya from within, it's Central.
Wasn't it raila who supported uhuru in the second term and last election. Is raila from central?????
Mtoi wa nyoka ni jinyoka. He's never worked but had to steal his part after his dad and mom did the same
That’s why Kenya will never move! This is an individual Kikuyu smoking out another individual Kikuyu, who has duped ALL Kenyans, including poor fellow Kikuyus, and all that can come from your stinking mouth and soul is “Central”???!!!!! Where did you see me there? I only saw Raila handshaking his brother Uhuru, and all Raila minions started calling for Uhuru to be respected! So where is your illogical argument taking you Jaruo or whateva you are, now that it is okay by you to involve entire communities???
He should carry his own cross .
What a foolish comment
No wonder when Ouko insisted that he had to travel to New York to investigate possible fraud of the Eurobond,Uhuru intimated him by acting surprised that such a thing as collusion to fleece public funds between the govt of Kenya and the Federal bank in New York can occur. He even proclaimed the word,Ngai!!At that time is when he was asking Kenyans what to do with fight against corruption that he has not done.I am done the acting of our leaders.
12:00 - I honestly don't know about the constitutional requirements Jimmy mentions, but one question I do have:
I would think that the national exchequer account is denominated in KES. A Euro-Bond per definition is not in denominated in the local currency. - So isn't there some kind of necessity to open up an account which denominates in USD (if it is a Dollar Euro-Bond)?
Thank you Wanjigi for educating us as the citizen of kenya. @ Spice Fm Kindly bring him more!!!!
A family in Kenya 🇰🇪 as an count worth 2 Trillion ksh .
Well explained by Wanjigi
Money was stolen simple.
when you think he is done, then booom.. another one
This plan was simple. Get a loan in the name of GOK. Keep the cash and leave GOK to pay for it. Now they have the money while we're paying heavily with interest. It is Uhuru who should be paying for the debt. The cash never left New York but stayed in his Pandora account there.
Who was the C's for finance in 2014…?
Mr. Wanjigi...can all this information be interplated in various languages for our Kenyans who don't understand English? All Kenyans need this kind of education. Thank you Mr. Wanjigi. You got my vote.
Wanjigi should become the auditor general of the people!! At least he cares when we are being robbed and he won't just shut up like others!
Pardon my french, but we are SO F*CK*D...yoh!
Our Githeri media will never put as TV breaking news or Newspaper headlines
Why did the video cut off abruptly?
Where does Wanjigi get all this information?
😂 I want to cry coz of debt but at the same time, We should thank this man. JAMES BOND and his rolls Royce & obsession with number 777. And not to forget funding ODM with helicopters.
We should get his whole background story.
At one point he did have his name in the obituary section. That to me was a line Ngengi kamau Jr. should never have crossed.
Anybody sworn to secrecy would no longer be bound because of such gimmicks.
Great interview! Suggestion, if you could all table your questions and time them so as not to constantly interrupt Jimmie on his train of thought, that would be great. Some of the questions you guys are asking you either end up answering them on your own or you actually have answers to, you know, rhetorical questions....
Uhuru said clearly that 2billions was stolen everyday but he never said who was stealing I don’t understand why Uhuru has not been charged for abuse of office and money laundering
Well spoken i could listen to Jimmy all day you can't have a bad day with him
I guess the account open at JB Morgan or city may be the role of investment bank in sovereign bond issue.
Son of Maina: please, kindly help us with slide or whiteboard presentations of these financial transactions...easier to follow you, then
May I understand what exactly we will achieve with this lengthy talks? Can this be used as evidence in a court of law? If yes why don't we have the 4th estate sponsored case initiated against the Jubilee government of the person of the head treasury as at the time? Otherwise we are westing our time
Are you allergic to information?
this is because the justice system does not work, at least not when it matters. if you've never needed help against a govt official, then you wouldn't understand why Wanjigi is wanjigiing in every media station that will host him

This information informs us on the integrity of the leaders we have. Ruto has 4 years to address these issues. If he doesn't, then Kenyans should know that he is protecting theft or is part of them. That is if tribalism is put aside. Kenyans should be encouraging questions and responses from the government of the day, not just cheering them on as they loot. It also makes the officials aware that the stealing strategy is revealed, hence no more money in Morgan and Stanley account.
That's why i hear someone saying that uhuru did massive job and i would just say lord have mercy on our people coz they dont know who was the real uhuru behind the scene and even our current president and what scares him is coz he know after the Gen Z revolution come the year 2027 how will be the outcome coz all economic crimes will be combined together and brought to justice to this nation
Kenya has being living an illusion since 1884. Only revolution ita save kenya. Hungry Kenyans wata kuwa thuggish and gangsterrish and revolutionize kenya yote.
This kind of conversations should be all over this republic ..tik tok should be flooded with this kind of content....
This kind of discussion are supposed to be in parliament with cbk governor present
We really being taken for a ride.
I weep for my country.
You have no country, technically it belongs to Uhuru and you are just a tenant.
Yaani, he takes loans and we pay for him 🤔
Something has to be done!
We take previous government to court they will pay that debt uhuru is supposed to be in jail with his pple
And all this was happening when ruto is dp and he did not say anything. Already in one year 1.6 billion loan taken . Is ruto doing the same??
Uhuruto tano tena! Naye Ruto kumi tena! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dollars 😊
So what muat we do Jimi Wanjigi with this information? What is the next step?
Kenya should default the loans because it's deemed illegal didn't follow the due process
@@bryanotieno7106 Kenya will not default, How can you default on loans you didn't take. The defaulters will be the loan takers not Kenya. Kenya will pay on all it's loans.
Even though this Dept is hot air. Why paid it the dollar rate at the time of taken and not current rate of dollar exchange.
Excellent my Brother 💯🎉 radio 📻❤📻❤
What a thoughtful thoroughly researched and found evidence buana we don't have a country here, it is a crime scene and criminals are still at large
This information will be useful in 2027,we should vote in someone who is not involved in both kk and jubilee government after that they will be dealt with without mercy
The only way to get the bottom of the said Euro Bond is Ruto to reject it's payment if not him and Uhuru are the same coin.
Omtata is on it
They obviously are because he was deputy president when the Eurobond started in 2013…he’s also already inherited it as soon as he signed the warrants to continue repaying the odious debts by raising taxes under the finance act.
Uhuru Kenyatta should be made to account for the endless multi generational debt and poverty he deliberately put Kenya in, such a thief has not only stolen money, but worse , the hopes and dreams of a young nation.
It is not possible for Uhuru's eyes 👀👁️👁️👁️ and 👂👂👂👂👂 ears to see every government department. BUT he should have used his authority to deal with corrupt officers and Kenyans who were helping with these kind of theft for the country he was it's president without favour. Also we have the bad habits of Kenyans fighting for a thief because he or she is their tribe. They say it is their tribe being fought and yet he did not steal with his tribe. Very, very unfortunate. We all should wake up and fight this animal called corruption. One person cannot. BUT the president must, ready and committed to the fight including the judiciary the mother of all the problems we are having in Kenya.
you guys should also add this show as a podcast.
WHERE CAN SUCH A CASE BE TRIALED? AND NOT IN KENYA!
If kenya refuse to pay then jp morgan chase has to salvage things & bring the two cosigners of the account into international financial court but only if kenya refuse to pay
CT never talk too much but when he does, he spit wisdom
Why isn't the Kenya Anti Corruption Commission picking this thing up and investigate it?
Because they are political appointees
@@wayandothat means that the Ruto you are defending is giving them instructions not to act because he is part of the loot. Make sure to add that in your defense for him.
They hope it will go away.
@@BS-kl9yf .... Ruto and Uhuru are both complicit

Nice one Jimi, had questions must be asked.
I worked for Euroclear bank in Eurobond issuance structures so fully concur with Jimmy there’s gross misconduct involved
Jimmy understands money language. Very smart
Class time..
We all always knew hawa watu walikua wanaiba pesa, Jimmy is now giving us the how 💯
The Kenyans you are trying to help are here insulting you Jimmy. Take the evidence to the culprits and sell your silence for a pretty penny. They will be more than happy to buy you out. Retire and live rich. Noone has ever led a good life fighting for Kenyans - not one.
*@thefortifiedfamily32*
So, it's only worth negotiating the terms of surrender?! How cute!
This really got me thinking. Your sentiment is spine-chilling.
He is rich already 😁just trying to educate/ whistle blow!!
He can become richer!! Noone can help Kenyans

Mr Wanjigi, Please go to the bomas dialogue process and make a probe into our public debt part of the agenda
The small boys in treasury and their collaborators and enablers must know that they won't get away with this heists. We shall deal with them decisively
There is 500 trillion shillings and interest is 40 trillion shillings in dollars denominations. Kenyans lipa next 700 years.
the funny part is ruto was in good terms with uhuru........ no wonder he cant complain about the debt cause he was involved too.......
Jimmy is the TRUTH
With these facts as evidence. Why is the former president walking free? Why aren't Kenyans angrier?
Follow the money...

We will stand with you brother in prayer,,may Good Lord protect you,,, when that time comes Jimmy you need to govern the affairs this country or rather advise His Excellency The President Ruto
No wonder Uhuru goes to Raila Amollo Oginga and throws away his number 2, Ruto. Or was HE Ruto aware of this ?
Of course he was…Eurobonds started in 2013 during Uhuruto 🤷🏿♂️
