कितने ही फीस ले लेवें, लेकिन साथ में एक चवन्नी भी नहीं ले जा पायेंगे।इसलिए जायज फीस लेकर पीड़ित व्यक्ति को सहयोग करना चाहिए

बाबू भले ही एक भी चवनी नही ले के जाए पर जो पीड़ित है क्या वो बचा के ले जाएगा क्या और तुम्हारी जानकारी के लिए बता दे की जिनको तुम पीड़ित बोल रहो हो उनके बारे में कभी पढ़ लेना पता चल जाएगा की कौन लोग इन वकीलों को अपना केस देते है तब बताना की कौन पीड़ित है
और जो असल में गरीब पीड़ित लोग है वो जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय से उपर नही जा पाते है

मैं वकील बनना चाहता था पर एक लेक्चर ने कहा पर कानून जीवन में काम आएगा पर पेट भरने उपयोग मत करना। मरने के समय बुढ़ापे में सब अपने किए पाप नजर के सामने आयेंगे। मौत से भय लगेगा क्या किया जीवन में। पर आज वकील डाक्टर से फिक्र लूटने में मसगुल हैं।

वकील तो मै भी बना, प्रैक्टिस भी की, लेकिन फ़र्ज़ और माता -पिता की खातिर दो साल के बाद ही PRACTICE छोड़ कर बैंक की नौकरी करनी पड़ गयी. प्रोमोशन को भी सिर्फ इसीलिए ठुकराना पड़ा कि माता पिता को बुढ़ापे मे अकेला छोड़ कर बाहर नही जा सकता था , वक़्त शायद इम्तिहान ले रहा था,लेकिन अफसोस नही है , क्यों कि फ़र्ज़ से मुँह नही मोडा . इस समय भी भले ही पाँव कब्र की ओर जाने को बेताब हैं लेकिन फ़र्ज़ से अभी भी प्यार है.तुम भी दुआ करना दोस्त, मरते दम तक फ़र्ज़ निभाता रहूँ l.

बड़े दुर्भाग्य की बात है अपनी राष्ट्र भाषा हिंदी होते हुए भी 90% वकील अंग्रेजी अच्छी न होने के कारण जिला कोर्ट से आगे नही बढ़ पाते हैं।

यह कोई महंगे वकील नहीं है अभी हिंदी में भाषण देना पड़ जाए अभी हिंदी में कोई प्रक्रिया होने लग जाए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में यह सब लत के वकील हो जाएंगे इनकी कहीं कोई पूछ होगी ही नहीं बहुत से विद्वानों vकील पड़े हैं सिर्फ भाषा की वजह से वह वहां नहीं जा पाते बस यही कमी है
