    Hello Sir, please show how to prepare madras Sambar and kushboo idly..I stay in Hyderabad but I am born and bought up in Chennai.. love madras Sambar..here in Hyderabad Sambar is just horrible when compared to our sambar..hence wanted to know how to prepare madras Sambar..

    Chef, my inlaws are vaishnavites from West Godavari District of Andhra.. My mother in law taught me to prepare gongura without onion and garlic.. But we use hing and white gingelly instead.. Yummy. We also cook gongura puliyodarai with half of gongura and half of tamarind pulp.. Gongura masiyal with onion, garlic, tomato, and green chillies cooked and mashed together and seasoned is a rural speciality.. Your demo was awesome too👌Thank you for sharing

    Hi sir, I am Amutha from Malaysia 🇲🇾, every time when I want to do this dish Bcz of complicated steps I will not proceed. And I am vegetarian 🌱 do not eat onion 🧅 and garlic 🧄. But I follow your step without onion 🧅 and garlic 🧄 the dish turn out excellent as how I used to eat before becoming vegetarian 😊. Thank you 🙏🏻 again sir for sharing truthfully.
