This particular one has been on the market for $1.3MM for over a year. Apparently it also has some roof damage from what I read elsewhere. Yeah, WAY overpriced.
No offense to this channel as I enjoy seeing the videos of the properties they post but the Salvadoran Real Estate market is way over priced. I was just in El Salvador a few weeks ago and was struck by how much safer it felt but otherwise everything else is the same which isn’t very good. Many of these properties have been for sale for a long time and they aren’t moving for a reason.
