If he was anything like his character Rollo, I bet he was one cool cat to hang out with. My Dad loved it when Rollo showed up because it was a sure sign of a funny episode. The supporting cast on this show was phenomenal. RIP Nathaniel Taylor, you made us all laugh with your swagger and clothing that was as bright as your character.
I grew up watching Sanford and Son in the seventies but just learned of Nathaniel Taylor passing today😔I don't even know where to start! God Bless you brother! You and your character "Rollo" are thought of heavy and are MISSED! Thank You for all the laughs ✊ Sincerely, a humble fan......✌️1L
Ralo was my favorite character on Sanford and son it was sad to hear of his passing I can hear it now Ralo goes to heaven sees aunt Esther and she says aren’t you Rita Larson‘s boy Ralo he says yes ma’am Rita your boys here
Rest in peace, Raymond G. Allen Sr. The character actor, best known for his role as Aunt Ester's husband, Uncle Woodrow "Woody" Anderson on Sanford and Son, has died. He was 91.
How, the hell is the music disrespectful. It"s classic from the great king Curtis, which was also the first theme of the original "Soul Train" show when it air in Chicago on channel 26.
@@souldeep808 No need for an apology Hakim, because I learned a lesson from you as well. It's just a lot of deep history out here and I a lot of my videos have been pretty cheesy, but a change is coming in 2020 with the videos that I'll be producing. They will focus on more historic facts than entertainment. Peace and happy holidays.
Easy fix, re upload with out that the music... The video is very well done, it can stand alone without the music.... But if the creator needs some advice, I respectably request lower the volume of the music to let the talent shine through

Actor who played Lamont said they were definitely not friends in real life. In fact, once the series ended, they never spoke to each other again.
They're playing the old Soul Train theme in the background.
Your right! King Curtis performed the original theme song for the 1971 hit television show Soul Train, titled "Hot Potatoes". On June 17, 1971.
RIP Nathaniel Taylor! Rita Lawson's boy Rollo!! Man it's just about to be harvested too!!! And it will go good with some bruise yo leg!!!!
