I would recommend feeding ur arowana some mp( market prawns ) instead of pellet food, there maybe changes in appetite. Occasionally u can feed it some bf (bullfrogs ) go pump up the size or sw (superworm) for coloration
A psychic medium named Steven Rare solved a crime in my city. When asked to give the guy an award, the mayor of the the town handed him the key to the city and said, "WELL DONE MEDIUM RARE!" 😉
I may have accidentally bought a l001 pleco that is too big for my 10 gallon tank and i am thinking of releasing it unless someone wants it. Any idea where can i release it?
You might need some more caves for the Pseudacanthicus pitanga they do really like places to hide. I recommend those for breeding different Hypostominae as they tend to be better designed and tighter which the fish prefer.
I saw that particular species of pleco offered for sale in one of the local pet stores from where I am before along with some Panaque species. Not sure what the other species was but one was a Royal Panaque. From where I am,the species you got isn't "Medium Rare" but far more rarer because I think there are just a handful of pleco enthusiasts here and most of the aquarists prefer Flowerhorns,Goldfish,or Guppies as well as shrimps. That particular species even has heart-stopping prices due to it being very uncommon haha. But if I were to get a 120(which I am planning.currently saving money right now),a high-end species of pleco would probably one of the inhabitants that I would add. Also, those Eartheaters tho'.Dream fish right there haha.
@@RyoWatanabee It pretty much depends on the country or the demand for a particular species that dictates if they are rare in the hobby or not though. From where I am,the species that sell like pancakes are basically the nano-fish then goldfish after that.Sone gems pop up sometimes but they're quickly sold out in a short period of time due to how rare they are.Geophagus surinamensis for example in which a particular local fish store has a tank full of juveniles. They quickly sold out in less than a week because the handful of enthusiasts here want to their hands on them as soon as possible before they all get sold.
I died at the pleco being medium rare 😭😂☠️ Me too, i like my steak medium rare. Anyway, i'm really not a fan of plecos but great color. Your angels are looking good! You look good too. Great video as always.
You have a sand bottom tank and I think it’s time you got a pair of earth eaters! They are pretty rare in Singapore. First one I’ve seen in any video or shop in Singapore.
That so dope👌 new subscriber here let me get a shout out from you I have watched your previous videos love it so much you inspire me men so much....... Btw your new pleco so gorgeous!!😍
I love angel fish. I have found that they r territorial Maybe remove the two angel fish and put the new and old angel fish into the tank at the same time. Saves on fighting
Yup that's a Red Fin Cactus Plec right there.. Latin name is Pseudacanthicus pitanga, It's from the Loricaridae family... But you probably knew that anyway B-) Oh and I like my steaks medium with lotsa mushrooms *droool :-)
I can't prove it..but any two Angels fish raised together? become a mated pair as one changes sex should they both be the same when bought. I looked on google and found others who think the same thing. It seems like my luck isn't that great that I've always got a mated pair of Angels..even when I kept just two. Tetra color flakes? My fish all love that. Only live food tops it for fish excitement. Worth the extra cost. Congrats Ryo on all the quality fish you have. You are better qualified to call yourself King than others on the TUBE.
Angels eat a lot mines eat like their starving and they get big quick they eat whatever I drop in the tank they even ate all my discus eggs time for me to setup another tank
It depends. If your fish won’t eat anything but live feeders, then there’s no choice to feed them live unless you try to train them by starving them. I don’t really like the idea of feeding feeder fish because it sucks to see the fish die and most times, the feeders have no nutritional value. I don’t mind worms, crickets, insects and stuff like them at because those can be nutritious for the fish. However in the wild, fish eat live things so it’s just nature
@@RyoWatanabee i dont think its nature because the fish hunt in the wild. For live foods in the aqaurium, they are trapped and have no escape, we are taking part in their demise. I refuse to do it. I asked because this is how i filter the youtubers i watch,no live feeding, good personality, no fish cruelty. Big part of why i stopped watching the king of diy was his 300 feeder fish video and how chummy he is with that son of a bitch catchemallfishing.
Yeah, i see what you mean and I never feed live feeder fish. Every time I go to the fish store, I feel so bad for the feeder fish trapped in those bags. But what about worms, crickets, and other insects? Also many reptile owners feed live worms, roaches to their geckos, bearded dragons, etc. What do you think about that?
@@RyoWatanabee im not a fan of any type of live feeding. I am actually looking into developing a completely kill free food for fish. Using lab grown meat to replace the ussual fish meal used in our foods. I am also hoping to figure out what makes reptiles, arachnids, and insects recognize food. Because if we could replicate those conditions onto an artificial food, i could finally keep reptiles.
That’s really awesome that you’re doing that! I just read a few articles about how live feeding isn’t good and the negatives of it. I actually fed my arowana live mealworms a few days ago. Now I feel bad about it. Just read up that it’s not necessary to feed live foods. Damn. Probably won’t ever feed live again
"what would you like sir?"
"A medium rare pleco please"
🤤
There armored scales add a crunch to the tender meat 🤤

The pleco looks cool!
Thank you Kioto! I agree and I love this pleco
How you keep arowana or angel in one tank
Wow he looks so cool. Do you think adding a bristle nose to my 20L would be too much if I already have 5 panda Cory’s?
You are already heavily overstocked with that size tank
How much is that pleco brother?
PLECO BOMB POND - WHO HAS ALL THE PLECOS : JUST CHILLIN ????
That’s the type of red fin cactus that I’m looking for and favorite type as well
Buying fish is the best part of the hobby XD
Are you worried about your angels with the arowana its an odd combo but if it works 4 u thats awesome lmao
He is making noob mistakes, it won’t work out
L095, L114, L097, L330, L27 xingu platinum and the blue eye pleco are my favourites of the larger species

The people at the petshop probebly thought you were colorblind when you said it has green fins
I didn’t even remember saying that until I started editing the video. My mistake
Howwww do u have an Arowana with angel fish
that was a long time ago but it’s possible. I’ve seen arowanas kept with angelfish and discus.
