I just wanted to give you a quick thanks! Cold here in the Colorado mountains, my granddaughter was bored and I had a piece of leftover fleece. We'll sew the hat soon. Thanks again, stay warm.
Great job and thank you! Also another suggestion regarding which is the right side of fleece. Pull on the stretch side. When you stretch it, it will fold towards the wrong side. 🥰

I just picked up some fleece remnants so I'm ready to start sewing. It's pretty frigid here in Iowa so these projects are great. Thanks, Scrappy

Like! Where is the hat pattern?
Was it printed crooked? It would drive me crazy with it not squared on lines.
Some fleece will curl if you pull on cut ends.
Where can I get a cutting mat of that size?
I got my cutting mat at Walmart
No it wasn't printed wonky, I didn't have a long enough piece so I serger two pieces together. Was hoping nobody would notice ;-)
Great tip!!
If I wanted a longer scarf could I just cut it out length wise instead of using the WOF as the longest length?
you can do it that way but it wouldn't have the stretch.
Looks like you sewed the center together?
Yeah I did. It was a swap out I made with some scraps.
Nice! What dize needle fo you use for this
I usually always use an all purpose size needle unless it's denim!
Unfortunately, I didn't find this fabric in my country
00:45 This is where the video starts.
To tell which side if fleece to use..pull on ends..the side the fleece rolls to is the wrong side..everytime!
AWESOME tip!!!!
How do i make a hat
ua-cam.com/video/AuH7c0JUEvA/v-deo.html
Um…. Plaid fabric has straight lines
Get back to UA-cam miss youn
All that pinning is ridiculous, just sew it, and technically it should be cut the other way on the grain. Long side along the salvage edge.
Fleece moves around very easily, so using pins does make more sense.
Each person to their own comfort zone. I am sure suggestions are welcome, but keep the negative comments off a person’s page. Be Kind....
You shouldn’t tug on the fabric, the feed dogs move it for you
