I appreciate your viewpoint and while some points that you mentioned are genuine and well thought off, I found the rest very pessimistic. Owning a house in the hills, by the beach is an inherent dream. Going by your approach people should always or only buy houses in their vicinity and never own up their dream house. While you can have your dream house in your own city but for most it is to have a house at a destination, maybe Newyork, Goa or Himachal. Saying this, I agree that the laws and operating companies need to work better to accomodate better and have laws safeguarding investments.

People generally face a great dilemma they can either choose 1.comfortable city life with education+medical facilities+all the amenities but with crowd+pollution+bad weather Or they can live in 2.hills with close to nature+owesom weather+peace but lack medical education opportunities Now from where I come(bundelkhand ) even hills provide better education+medical+other opportunities 😂😂😂
Bhai sab har cheez ROI nai hota, stop evaluating everything in terms of how much money it can give one…khana chod do uska paise invest karlo..property maintain aap haryana me karlo waha jo karlega wo pahado me bhu karlega..investment is not basic human need but the need to build something is...the only thing one should invest in is in ones health aap raho pahado me one cannot quantify that…
Very nicely explained and i agree with his views on most of the points. But i have a different view on some points. Firstly we being mostly from middle class, can we afford plots in cities like Delhi or Gurgaon.Secondly as Amitji has explained in his episodes that that asset class will appreciate with time whose supply is limited by nature and land fits that criteria and thirdly after the crona pandemic, the choice of tourists has been shifted from established tourism destinations to Home stays in Hilly areas ,where you get land at much cheaper rates than the known Tourism destinations, which can be used for your own use as well for rent for tourists.
Title issues are there. Kabza ke fear n much more. Can not be put in 1 video. Sewerage n environment issues. Home stay is very expensive to maintain. You have to practically stay there to manage affairs. Also hill stations have become chaotic already

Ultimately jaisa bhi hai weather/ environment, you got to live where your work is, slowly as discussions happen things improve. Your staying in any city depends on your work, not vice versa

I am from Jhansi, currently living in Delhi but Jhansi is a great city with decent facilities and zero pollution, awesome cleanliness
