To me it seems not possible as of now ...atleast 3-5cr required now a days for retirement if in private job ...as life expectancy can b till 85 yrs and one needs fund to live till then ....and inflation on health services is rising huge so better plan accordingly
@@Ncrpropertymart thanks but I don't want to carry on till 60, may be 5 more years can take me close to 1cr. I'll retire then. I live in Kolkata and a very frugal life style, the other flat is in Delhi and rented out. My monthly expenses don't exceed 10k.

Sir with respect i wish to highlight that over 45 age experienced staff are mentoring the freshers. Their loyalty and advice on the job is very useful for the junior staff. If that age group leaves the company then it is not good for company as well as juniors.

Subscriber base of most of good content creators follow an exponential curve. Stagnant or slow burn for first few year, then its exponential. Compounding magic always takes its time.

Nice to listen to this. Acc to this have already retired (mentally)at 30 😂... I had stopped giving a damn about appraisal... promotions... recognition... I do my work and dont give a damn about if it gets recognized or not... I put in extra efforts only if I like the work.. else my time off pack the bags and off for the day... moment I step out of office I literally forget every damn thing about it untill I login in back next day... and its such a relief to not bother about your work or manager... When you need more money for survival switch job...
I got vrs from sbop in 2017 at the age of 55 . I lost some amount 10 lacs . But I concentrated upon my child . I was successful to settle my daughter. Now she is married in usa H4 visa and enjoying her life. So I am free and living peacefully now. I agree with you sir. But every one has to take decision carefully
