Thanks for sharing this, I actually started looking into multi-family properties in the DFW area but struggled to find anything before it was snatched up by bigger private investors. We may look into revisiting this strategy soon. Great job.

Yeah it's been tough everywhere. At lot of RE investments right now just aren't worth it for most people!
