the dell USB-C dock is a game changer for my desk set-up, i think i have the same model as yours i keep it in the cable management rack under my desk, makes my life easier when needing to move to another room or place with my laptop - just removed and/or attach one USB-C cable and that's it :)

Definitely! There's a bunch of different ones out there. I recommend one where you can see where your brightness and color temperature are set at. This one from LumeCube has a separate controller you can buy that will do that! It's worth it

Very nice setup! For me, I would love the Logitech Master 3S mouse. I have a logitech G305 and it works great for gaming but when I'm working that extra mouse wheel would be a gamer changer. I also would love to have this standing desk. I work from home and that can be the hardest thing sometimes staying comfortable and not sitting all day long. I usually have to go take my laptop to the bar in the kitchen and work with no monitors for a bit which it does work but would be nice to have the complete setup but with a standing desk. Thank you for the great suggestions!

It's also looks like you have more than one wireless charger. I'd sell that overpriced webcam and just use the one on the MacBook. You're not trying to shoot a movie with your webcam.
