Great layout but it definitely needs at least another 1/2 bath! It sleeps 7-10 people and only has one bathroom? That's a deal breaker for me.

That would be so cool if people could afford to buy and live in these things with a tiny parcel of land (.0001 of an acre). I would put one of these in a long term RV park around Vegas and take back so many single hunnies to my park model bachelor pad. I would put a hot tub with a beautiful deck attached. As long as you plan on staying stationary for a good few years, then these are excellent choices of park models. It also depends on the climate of the state you would be living because you want to choose the best type of climate. My guess would be Nevada. I don't believe there are as much huricanes, blizards, and tornados in the desert climate. You need to make sure you have superior AC. I would also love to live in this as a single man. I would probably station it right outside Las Vegas, and I would bring back all the hot ladies to my bachelor pad in Vegas. I think you can get decent monthly rates on lots for around $500 in the Vegas area. Imagine that. I would be banging so many hunnies in a place like this as a fifty something year old bachelor. Hell Yeah!

Change the location if fireplace in bedroom. These are minor changes. What made me put my checkbook back in my pocket was the. Spiral stairs and the two bedrooms design upstairs. Also the widows need to be triple pane because of the heat during the day. Finally you may as well stretch it out a little more and add a half bath.

I love this in almost every way. One question or criticism I have is that these park models and other RVs in last 5 yrs or so, have started to look sort of like a work trailer or a temporary modular. They used to have nice finishings and decor that made it feel homey, whereas now for example at around 7:58 you show the wall in front of the island, and something about it all, to me sort of makes that whole side of the trailer feel cheap and like a temporary trailer on a worksite or something. Overall the newer lines are of course much nicer than the old, but I think they've taken it a bit too far in removing the warm and cozy things the industry used to include in some RVs.

Super nice unit and I think the layout is well thought out. I especially like the usable divider wall in the lofts. Great way to create private and storage in one shot.
Two things that struck me. First, it would have been nice if some of the outlets (especially those in the lofts and bedrooms had been a combo standard outlet/USB port. So many people only use outlets to charge mobile devices, it would have been a nice add to have a couple of USB ports here and there. An easy add for the future owner. Second, I would have expected soft close cabinets and drawers with magnet grabs rather than less expensive catches like I have on my 2001 Coleman pop-up.

What is the ground clearance on this? It looks like about 5" at that pvc pipe on the drop tank. Damn that looks low.

My main complaint would be it’s too low on the bottom in those areas where the drop offs are because when you go over bumps, you could possibly rip all that out

This IS modern day camping. You don't have to sleep on the ground anymore. You don't have to poop on the ground. You don't have to cook outside (if you don't want to). You have a camping location. This is camping not survival. For you boy scouts stick to your old ways of doing things (there are NO merit badges here). Nothing wrong with that. If you can afford it. This is the way to go.

It's cool, I like it and would like to get one someday but no electric Jack's, super low ground clearance and not sure if it's azdale walls for 4 seasons. Need a f450 dulley to pull this safely and thats bare minimum I think when all family, supplies and toys are loaded you would be over the over capacity.

Take out the spiral case and over head bedrooms, to add overhead pantry cabinets with a built in step or latreral sliding ladder for access. Eliminate the pantry for a half bath. Sleeps 6 with 1.5 baths and no one falling down that spiral

I've been inside this model about three times because I loved it so much... it's forties and feels very spacious inside... far, far more than any other one I have even been in... nothing else even comes close, because of the tall window and ceilings. I normally don't like center living, but it doesn't feel claustrophobic at all, for center living like so many do.

The negatives saw were each entry door was right by the children's areas. I would prefer a door that was near the master bedroom instead. The spiral staircase was too small, and I agree, a possible hazard to children - and also pets. The positives would be the bathroom size, the laundry in the bathroom, and the sofa being able to be extended by using the loveseat as well. Great job!

heck no! 😂expeditions are more make for travel trailers. my grandparents have a older park model and my granddad used a ram 2500 with a 6.7 cummins diesel to pull it. but i would use a ram 3500 or a ford f350 diesel just to be on the safe side being that there a little heavier built. and the windows? am not so sure.

Basically love it. It would make a great cabin alternative permanently placed on a lot by the lake. How well insulated is it, can it take a cold winter weather climate ? My only initial negatives are the upholstery on the sofa looks very 1960's RV and I would swap out the flooring with a wood planked LVT. The case work doesn't appear to be the best of quality, can it be upgraded?
