Great layout but it definitely needs at least another 1/2 bath! It sleeps 7-10 people and only has one bathroom? That's a deal breaker for me.
This is true. I would have taken out that closet that was deep and just made it into a bathroom lowkey
I agree. I like to take big long poops
I agree, the bathroom could have been reconfigured to fit another separate toilet
The fact that you can, doesn’t mean it is mandatory to do, but if you have a lake property and say a family of 4 it’s more than adequate
Yes... Need another bathroom.
For $75k I wouldn’t be pulling it around, I’d park it somewhere and live in it full time. It’s got everything you have a regular home and then some and all brand new. I especially love the stairs on both ends, it feels very classy!
Glad you liked it and thanks for watching!
No washer dryer, plus you gonna need a massive diesel to pull this beast
for another $30K build a carport over it and it'll last for decades. LOL
@@Sahadi420 might as well buy a modular home….
The washer and dryer were in the bathroom.
My only complaint about this unit is not having at least an additional half bath with the amount of people it sleeps. Otherwise pretty much what we’re looking for.
Yeah, I would have liked that space with the spiral loft to have been a nice master bathroom
Thinking the same - sleeps 9 but one toilet!
Just take a dump outside problem fixed
Cost please.
If you can afford this behemoth, why not build a luxurious 'cabin' in a gorgeous area? Then you can customize all you like.
Very nice trailer. My only issues are that the AC is above the forward bunkhouse and not in the master.. and the fireplace in the master is on one side of the bed where one person will cook, and the other will be cold.
Wow, I really love this home. It's really spacious and the rooms are pretty big. I wouldn't travel in it, but maybe park it in a RV park and live in it. I really like it.
thats the whole idea behind a 'Park Model' Its like a small vacation getaway or something you park and keep in a campground and keep posted all year.
You don’t travel in a park model!!! They are meant to be put in a park or on property and lived in as a home, vacation home, air bnb etc
My thoughts also. Park in somewhere and live on a lake.
You’re not likely to find may RV parks that can accommodate a coach this long.
If you're just gonna park it then why wouldn't you just buy a mobile home in a trailer park?
I see that thing being a hazard Towing just to get it to a lot and bottom it out on the back side. Tearing up or damaging the bathroom area. Also I do believe it should have had a 3rd Axel.
I agree it should have a third axle that's a lot of weight on a tongue
Scott McDonald, can you explain why that is? I am bery interested in this model.
@George Thorne have you pulled a camper or a tiny home up any type of steap driveway or hill
It will drag the bottom out of it
Also the weight of this and size and length should really have that 3rd axel
But I as well like the unit
That’s definitely a very bad weight distribution design it seems like an hazardous situation waiting to happen to have bogie tandem set so forward with that length especially with those small tires
The 2024 44 view has the third axel and I love it
Absolutely crazy! I'm blown away at the price as well. You'd think people having a hard time finding a home these days could just look at something like this in the meantime!
True, The trouble is finding a place to put them tho
@@dizzlethe7346 trailer park?
I'm more surprised how light it is. The dry weight is 15,000 you could pull it on a regular driver's license.
@@dizzlethe7346 true, but keep in mind with a price like that, you could drop $50k on a few acres somewhere and just live on the land
Quality control sucks.
This is way more livable than most tiny homes. I LOVE it!
Man, getting one these is my dream. I hope I can make it happen one day!
If they would relax the building codes, this would be a great way to help all the people who are homeless due to the tornado, especially if have kids. Waiting for a new brick/mortar build will take a really long time with current building shortages. I wish I was a millionaire & could buy a few for some people.
Could you imagine where you could find these all outside big cities where all the childless yuppies would live? That would be so cool if people could afford to buy and live in these things with a tiny parcel of land (.0001 of an acre). I would put one of these in a long term RV park around Vegas and take back so many single hunnies to my park model bachelor pad. I would put a hot tub with a beautiful deck attached. I would throw so many parties. I would be poppin that blue pill every night with all the attention I would get from the single ladies. Yeah!
OMG I am in love, too bad it’s not travel friendly, I would love something like this to use as a mobile home!!!❤
Absolutely beautiful! I'm retired and wouldn't mind living in this great home🥰
Clearance could certainly be an issue in anything other than perfectly flat conditions. Beautiful camper that how could you help but love, IF you can get it to where you want it set up. As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇
Very interesting. I like how they have taken campers of sorts up another level. I don't love that one but it does make me curious to look at more.
I live in an RV full time and have been full time RV living for at least the last 10 years. I have looked at park models in the past but haven't yet made a final decision to buy one, I could see myself living in a unit like this. I really like everything about the looks and the layout on this model.
As long as you plan on staying stationary for a good few years, then these are excellent choices of park models. It also depends on the climate of the state you would be living because you want to choose the best type of climate. My guess would be Nevada. I don't believe there are as much huricanes, blizards, and tornados in the desert climate. You need to make sure you have superior AC. I would also love to live in this as a single man. I would probably station it right outside Las Vegas, and I would bring back all the hot ladies to my bachelor pad in Vegas. I think you can get decent monthly rates on lots for around $500 in the Vegas area. Imagine that. I would be banging so many hunnies in a place like this as a fifty something year old bachelor. Hell Yeah!
I think I just found our future home 😍🖤 Love this! It's beautiful 🥹😭
🥹✨
I truly love that tiny home very beautiful wish I had it for my family I wouldn't change a thing on it just wright size awesome
From someone who has lived on the road for years I’m glad to see a company that is putting something out there for the family.( maybe a little bit more would be na to much?????? But Thank you for the video!!!
It's a Great looking park model! Hopefully, the roads to your destination are flat. I can see this thing making sparks or getting hung up on a hill. I like it! Especially the windows and the walk through window for food!
Tow it only once to its destination. Then check every seal on the exterior monthly. It will last you 15 years if your lucky. Dont buy this expecting a life long purchase. Enjoy it for what it is, an instant luxurious vacation cabin👍
My thinking exactly not a very long product for the money.
It's definitely for one person with a sugar momma.
I love the layout. However, I agree that at least a half bath is a necessity. Love the washer and dryer. Don't know where to cut back, except the closet and fireplace in the master for a half bath.
Looks nice but I didn't like the PVC drain pipes on or below the two drop frames. The drop frames were already too low. The overhang could be a problem with the rear drop frame.
7:09 I love that you fold out the couches/beds. What an awesome unit! 🤩👍✨
Thank you! 🤗
I absolutely love this trailer, but , with all those windows that unit would be a hot box! You’d have to have double pain windows to combat that volume of glass!!!
Another thought on this: Ceramic Tint. Expensive but should cut down on the heat load through the windows substantially. One more thought: there is enough wall space to add a split system in the living / kitchen when you realize you will need it! Ha Love the videos Andrew!!!!
Double pane glass. 🙂
Triple pain for people living in that...
I agree completely, it would be like a hot box in the summer
That was my first thought. We camp at the beach and would be on fire.
These units have a/c people, also window shades! Some people only see flaws where there are none, I'm thinking they can't afford one of these.
House on wheels that is just beautiful my favorite is the living space & the master bedroom ❤
This is probably the best design I’ve ever seen. I love it. The price is unbelievable. Thanks for sharing 😊
Love the windows and the total feeling of openness. I could live here… sweet
I need this so BAD , will anyone reading this Please Please Pray for me to get this as my home. I’m tired of living outside. Thank you in advance & GOD BLESS all of you reading this.🌹💜
ان شاء الله سوف يصبح ملكك و تعيش في سعادة
I no what u mean my home burned down I lived in my car then a small camper for awhile
Prayers going up for you in Jesus Christ's our Lord's mighty name ❤️👑
Nah.
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Wow!!! This is insane. I love it. IF I didn't have the hobbies that I have, and need that extra room for them for a tiny house (need at least three rooms ) this would be a total sale for me, WOW!!!!
Forest River is in my backyard. This was glorious to see thanks for sharing it. This would be awesome set up on the lake property price just perfectly for that. The only thing I would say is people who are older who are into crafting need a place to do their crafting and maybe a cabinet for that other than that I think it’s perfect.
All i can say is,Wow!!!!! Wow!!!!! Wow!!!! ❤💓
Corners on the refrigerator end of island should be curved like the sofa end to prevent injuries.
Switches for the water and the fireplace should not be at the back of the cupboards. Once you store things in those cupboards, you'll likely have to move stuff around to get to the switch.
Living in a tiny space changed how you do things
Why are you telling a dealer?? The dealer can’t change any of those things. Contact the manufacturer, if you think your ideas would be worth their ear, otherwise you’re just wasting your time and effort, as well as theirs.
@@paganbornspiritbear8249 you really don’t know anything about tiny houses do you ?
It's gorgeous, I love this. Fabulous to work from home. Extremely comfortable and easy to get around. Agree on the spiral staircases, not crazy about stairs myself. Don't think I'd go near them.
Love the functionality of that island/kitchen table
Love the floor plan and layout so cool. Better floor plan then a lot of motor homes. Love it!
I was glad you said at the end we can customize it anyway you see fit. I would for sure change out the lofts. there is no wall space for a TV to make one a games room or something. too many windows. but other than that we could certainly live in this with a few loft tweaks. love the kitchen and the fireplaces.
It's beautiful! Needs less bed space & more storage space for the average family I'd think though, but a loft could be easily changed to storage.
What a sweet unit big enough to call home and don't need to travel anywhere I love it Thanks for showing it
We had a 2016 model that we loved but I love this one more!! One thing I like better is the eating area! I love that it’s part of the kitchen and not separate. One thing I liked about our 2016 model was the extra 1/2 bath we had. Very nice. Ours was a two bedroom with the upstairs loft
Thanks for sharing!
Also, was wondering, can this be even more custom? would like skylights in the top bunks, maybe different coloring scheme for inside? No fireplace in the master bedroom?
Really like this model...agree w others...switches shouldn't be in the backs of cabinets and difficult to get to once the model has been set at its destination. 1 thing I would change is how long the kitchen bar area is...shorten it by 1 seat to give a bigger break between kitchen/LR areas. Love the idea of the kitchen pass through window!!!
Vent the stove to the outside. Ditch the curtains and Put power shades on all the windows including master bedroom. Put a medicine cabinet in bathroom. Change the location if fireplace in bedroom. These are minor changes. What made me put my checkbook back in my pocket was the. Spiral stairs and the two bedrooms design upstairs. Also the widows need to be triple pane because of the heat during the day. Finally you may as well stretch it out a little more and add a half bath.
I’m not looking for a destination RV, but still enjoyed seeing this. Very cool, but worried that kids in open lofts would be kept awake.
That’s why building a custom tiny house is better
I love this in almost every way. One question or criticism I have is that these park models and other RVs in last 5 yrs or so, have started to look sort of like a work trailer or a temporary modular. They used to have nice finishings and decor that made it feel homey, whereas now for example at around 7:58 you show the wall in front of the island, and something about it all, to me sort of makes that whole side of the trailer feel cheap and like a temporary trailer on a worksite or something. Overall the newer lines are of course much nicer than the old, but I think they've taken it a bit too far in removing the warm and cozy things the industry used to include in some RVs.
I understand but I look at it as a blank canvas for me to decorate!!🤗
tbf, it's only $75k. The rigs that are more domestic usually cost 3-10x as much. I'm with the other commenter who said it was a blank canvas for them. I'm into that.
Research forest river before buying big mistake for me
Personally I like the crisp contemporary look rather than the homey RV look, but it is a matter of taste..
You must be talking about DRV mobile suites quality. They cost 2x-3x as much.
I think it needs some rollers on the back because when you pull it through any kind of dip you're going to drag the back of the trailer
I like it but there are a few things I would change. In the Kitchen put the stove in the middle of the Island and put the sink where the stove is and put a window there, too!
Forest River is the only product we buy. We’ve bought 3 now. And upgraded every time. The only thing I dislike about this model is the location of the bathroom. I could do it if it had a 2nd half bath in or near the master bedroom. Beautifully done.
It’s very different. I can imagine this working well for a large family. As you said, it has more seating than most models that sleep a crowd. I’m a little worried about traffic patterns. If a group is sitting on the stools playing a game, could someone watching TV get to the fridge to get a drink?
Still, thank you for showing us something really unique!
We're full timers in a 1996 36' Avion...we sell liquidation tools with our first baby due in August. This is my new (and greatest) goal!
I love this one. We are only a family of 4 but I think this would be perfect with enough space for everyone.
The fireplace in the master I would take out. I tend to like it colder when I sleep anyway plus that's more storage space to utilize.
Everyone's complaining about it needed an extra bathroom to accommodate all of the people it sleeps but if you did that then it wouldn't accommodate as many people. They'd need to take out one of the sleeping areas.
Yeah, the fireplace in bedroom is silly! It should be facing bed, maybe.🤔
Wow, this is amazing and huge for the price. I am just concerned that you could never go over any bumps while driving it, so only very smooth roads would work. It's also very heavy, but it's beautiful.
My main complaint is that I’d need a 2nd full bath preferably near the master bedroom. Also I’d be concerned with the spiral stairs which you already pointed out. I’d like to live in it full time and have friends and family visit. I also have a small dog and a cat so I’d need places for what they need as well and my cat is scared of most people. But otherwise it’s the closest to what I’m looking for.
Gorgeous ❤
Build a custom built tiny house which would way outlive a disposable rv anyway
I will certainly say you give a really good tour! I love how you open and close and turn on and off everything. It’s nice to see all the interior and exterior.
Glad you liked it Wanda!
Super nice unit and I think the layout is well thought out. I especially like the usable divider wall in the lofts. Great way to create private and storage in one shot.
Two things that struck me. First, it would have been nice if some of the outlets (especially those in the lofts and bedrooms had been a combo standard outlet/USB port. So many people only use outlets to charge mobile devices, it would have been a nice add to have a couple of USB ports here and there. An easy add for the future owner. Second, I would have expected soft close cabinets and drawers with magnet grabs rather than less expensive catches like I have on my 2001 Coleman pop-up.
)*
What is the ground clearance on this? It looks like about 5" at that pvc pipe on the drop tank. Damn that looks low.
My main complaint would be it’s too low on the bottom in those areas where the drop offs are because when you go over bumps, you could possibly rip all that out
You did an excellent job of presenting this.
This IS modern day camping. You don't have to sleep on the ground anymore. You don't have to poop on the ground. You don't have to cook outside (if you don't want to). You have a camping location. This is camping not survival. For you boy scouts stick to your old ways of doing things (there are NO merit badges here). Nothing wrong with that. If you can afford it. This is the way to go.
Definitely is. Ty for watching!
@@Camper-Kingdom Do your thing. Enjoy the outdoors.
Those have to be some strong 7k# axles. Trailer's not all that heavy, but seems like it needs 3 axles. The drive through food service window is great.
I love that you acknowledged the leg shaving bench! My husband teases me because a shower bench is a must!
I wish I had one for my wife at home. The older we get the more we understand. 🤷🏻♂️
Gee, I wish I could afford it. You people have the run of everything. God Bless. Nothing is affordable. It is all about money. I need a roof over my head.
This is the nicest 1 I've seen! Just beautiful 😍
Thanks for sharing ❤😊
I was in the market for a motor home until I seen this. Will have to weigh the cost for this and something to pull it with. Both have pros and cons.
Awesome RV. I do agree that there are drawbacks to the spiral staircase.
It's cool, I like it and would like to get one someday but no electric Jack's, super low ground clearance and not sure if it's azdale walls for 4 seasons. Need a f450 dulley to pull this safely and thats bare minimum I think when all family, supplies and toys are loaded you would be over the over capacity.
I am adding this to my wishlist. I sent my wife a message and said, "I want to glamp in this some day all around the country. We can take the kids/grandkids." Here is to hoping for something like this in my life some day.
I love this and it's big enough for me and my 4 teens and 1 preteen and little brother ❤
Stunning! This ideal, and I dream of owning it someday!
I raised 5 children. This would have worked for my family very well! I can see somebody deciding to make this their primary home. Very nice!
It's absolutely beautiful. I don't know if they just don't offer them, but where are the quiet self closing doors & drawers on the cabinets and drawers?
Wow!!! I thought our 37ft was long hahaha living area is nice. Love the ceiling fan.
Wow amazing beautiful home. Lovely Dream home 💖💖💖
Take out the spiral case and over head bedrooms, to add overhead pantry cabinets with a built in step or latreral sliding ladder for access. Eliminate the pantry for a half bath. Sleeps 6 with 1.5 baths and no one falling down that spiral
I totally agree with you about the spiral staircase
Absolutely beautiful, first one I totally love, hubby and I have been talking about getting one. Wow!❤
Love this home but I agree with you on the bed positioning switch! Really! Whose idea was that to put it there 😂. Beautiful for full timers like myself, it just seems more homey than my fifth wheel. I love my North Point but think this might be my next one. Thanks for the walk through!
Super I seen so many beautiful Rv but this one is perfectly spectacular 🎉❤
A rear door coming into the bathroom would be great. Come in if you’re dirty or muddy or just have the kids come in and use the restroom without going through the living room. These would make a great Airbnb set up.
I like it. Perfect for a couple to residential live in.
I've been inside this model about three times because I loved it so much... it's forties and feels very spacious inside... far, far more than any other one I have even been in... nothing else even comes close, because of the tall window and ceilings. I normally don't like center living, but it doesn't feel claustrophobic at all, for center living like so many do.
beautiful. Can one get these equipped with a small wood stove for off grid use?
Oh my! I totally love this ..its perfect. That sectional is awesome 😎😎😎
Glad you like it!
The negatives saw were each entry door was right by the children's areas. I would prefer a door that was near the master bedroom instead. The spiral staircase was too small, and I agree, a possible hazard to children - and also pets. The positives would be the bathroom size, the laundry in the bathroom, and the sofa being able to be extended by using the loveseat as well. Great job!
I live in Australia and watch RV travellers in the US and a common issue they have is breaking leaf springs. The one on your video looks like it should have 3 axles and the suspension looks very under engineered .
It will really be a nice new Camper too for anyone searching one to go camping
I watch most of these channels but this bad boy takes the cake!
Oh wow, that’s really really nice,i could live in this for sure
It's awesome and great design. I love the 🛋
That is beautiful. Something I would buy here in NZ if I wanted to go smaller home
this is pretty awesome , I wouldn't use it as a "camping" trailer but if I had the ability to work remotely this would be the perfect kind of thing to move around seasonally with
Wow!!!! That mobile home is nothing short of amazing.
It’s a good look
Honestly one of the best campers I’ve seen my only concern is the clearance on the bottom.
Awesome! We're can we get one? And what is the suggestions for the type of truck to towe
I am in love with this trailer!
Would my 2014 ford expedition be able to handle it? How thick are the windows?
heck no! 😂expeditions are more make for travel trailers. my grandparents have a older park model and my granddad used a ram 2500 with a 6.7 cummins diesel to pull it. but i would use a ram 3500 or a ford f350 diesel just to be on the safe side being that there a little heavier built. and the windows? am not so sure.
It’s A Beautiful House On Wheels.👍
I love it all for it’s beautiful that is a beautiful sectional bed couch
Great price and I love that this has a pantry!! 😍
Love love love it. I've got to get one! Thank you for the tour.
Basically love it. It would make a great cabin alternative permanently placed on a lot by the lake. How well insulated is it, can it take a cold winter weather climate ? My only initial negatives are the upholstery on the sofa looks very 1960's RV and I would swap out the flooring with a wood planked LVT. The case work doesn't appear to be the best of quality, can it be upgraded?
