To be fair it releasing on steam isn't much of a shocker. It getting a physical release on all consolea in this day and age and being shovelware is insane
That's a good point; Steam's quality control is notoriously bad. But yeah, this getting a physical copy is pretty ridiculous. You'd think it would just stay as a digital download.
thanks for the great review. already a good deal but added to my wishlist to wait for an absolute steal. my favourite part is the slight delay after every single jump to provide a reallly immersive jumping experience
The one thing about this game that bothers me beyond anything else is Kong's fur. I don't really know how to articulate the feeling but it just looks...unsettling.

tbh, like everyone else said, and I'll say it again, Peter Jackson's King Kong game from 2005, is a much better game than this shit And best part is, it was on the PS2, GameCube, and even modern day low end PC's should be able to run the game at max settings with no AA

Ok let me compare a good king game Percy, Jackson’s King Kong it’s more entertaining has kongs hight done right and u don’t play as king all the time u can play a shooter fps of it. It makes it more interesting because it makes u feel like In the Kong universe this makes u feel like ur in ww2 version of kong
- 0:35 - Gamemill publisher. That's how. They took an Iguanabee team, gave them 1. Year to get thing done and prbbly yoinked it out of their hands before devs could iron out the issues
I feel sad for makers of this game; they get only bad contracts (bad premise and/or too little resources like time) thus they have bad portfolio which get them only bad contracts, and vicious cycle continues...

It's a pretty accurate title for how this game actually feels to play.
Just caught that the publisher of this game is Gamemill. Gamemill was also the publisher of Big Rigs Over The Road Racing.
They've got a legacy to live up to I see.

I get what you mean; the textures just don't look right, and it's not just because of bad graphics.
it gets even worse the moment when you compared this to '05 King Kong game on lesser hardwares like PS2, og Xbox, and GameCube
