My favorite Goo Goo Dolls song. I have watched them grow and mature thru the years. Johnny is the face and the voice, but Robbie is the glue that kept them together all these years. If it wasn’t for him and his persistence and smarts, this group would have folded a long time ago. Thankfully, they are still cranking out amazing music to this day! Love this band. 3:23

i’ve only been listening to them for a little under a year but i’ve fallen in love with the music. i found them when i went to a train concert and then were one of the opening bands. i fell in love with them and love them more than train. my friends make fun cause i listen to “old” songs and have a crush on john and he’s “old.” i love this band with all my heart and i’m obsessed. i’m only 13 this will literally be with me all my life and it puts me in a better mood everyday. this song makes me cry. i want to see them in a concert that is just them as the main band. i don’t know when that’s gonna be but i hope i won’t miss out and i hope they stay on tour for a while.
They are amazing in concert. This song reminds me of when I saw them back in 2008 at the height of the recession. He spoke before they started the song about all the sadness that was going on in the world and here at home at the time. It gave me such a moment of pause. Tonight he did a porch concert here in NJ at his home in Westfield to support local businesses that have been decimated as we all have because of the corona virus. He played this song. If you search for the news 12 nj website, you can see the almost 20 minute set of songs he did via Facebook. Just as it was 12 years ago, this song is just as poignant as it was back then, and probably more so now because of just how long it will be before the world sees better days once again. They played this song at their concert a couple of days ago. I went and it was such a surreal experience. I love these guys and their music means so much to me. I was absolutely bawling when they sand Iris. An incredible experience- these guys are so talented and amazing live.

Johnny's voice is so fuckin cool. VERY unique. I mean it's so relaxing to listen to. He's like a Steve Perry. Perry's voice is so unique and recognizable. Johnny's voice is deeper by he has that emotion, passion the way he signs. He's fuckin POWERFUL, and I love listening to him, Goo Goo Dolls.
