I've ordered several different balls. Made one pair for myself and making more for Christmas presents to my grandkids. I love this yarn. It does soften up after washing.

Thanks for watching! I had so much fun reviewing these. I will say - I was a crocheter first too! I had attempted knitting but found a scarf as a first project soooooo boring and didn’t try again until years later when I found The Crazy Sock Lady’s sock tutorials. Then I was hooked! 🧦🧶
What pattern did you use to knit socks
While these are fun, they only work for a “standard” foot. You have to cast on 64 stitches, you dont have the option to make the leg longer or shorter. If you have a high instep, you wont be able to make a larger heel flap. And if you wear a bigger size shoe (larger than a size 9), the solid toe color ends up being REALLY long and looks ridiculous. Just some things to consider.
Yes, this is true! As long as you stay within the parameters of 64 stitches and want a standard vanilla sock knitted for a standard foot, you’re golden.

Hi! I'm currently knitting some A+C Pairfect socks too and have experienced exactly the same problem that you have on your orange ones. Sock 2 doesn't quite match sock 1: the pattern blocks are in the right place, but the patterns inside them don't match. I'm trying to figure out why. Just out of interest, how many stitches did you cast on?

That's the suspicion that I was beginning to get. 🤔 My socks are for me, so I cast on 60 stitches, so I get why they'd differ to the picture on the label... but not from each other... Maybe it's just the ball of wool. I know that they're factory dyed, but that doesn't guarantee perfection (or pairfection).
I had the same experience! Pattern blocks begin at the same place, but the patterns do not match. I cast on 64 stitches. I can’t figure out how to send a pic or I would.
How can i do it Toe Up? And how does IT Work with different sizes? If you have different numbers of stitches, different foot length , different gauge etc????
Toe up, you just use a ball winder and reverse it. But you will wind up cutting the yarn after you finish the toe.
