Anyone else love to see a collab with RP and Zack? Video and podcast w/ Dr. Mike would be dope
100%. Anything with RP is gold.
I competed in Shot Put, Discus, and the Hammer in college, and most professional javelin throwers have at least one metal joint, either hip or knee, likely both honestly. Javelin throwers usually only have 2 throwing sessions a week. Absolutely brutal event man, my body was wrecked from discus and shot put, I can't even imagine doing javelin.
Is there any "balancing work" done to compensate for the other side or would that just take away from training your "good" side? It's a shame that we are so ready to burn through young bodies for medals and records.
@@fuckmyego just do dumbbell work. itll sort itself out. cant really avoid the injuries from that sort of joint wearing.
@@fuckmyego Pretty much any unilateral movement to stop the dominant side from taking over. Also, most college age athletes do not have metal joints, to be clear. It is mainly Olympians and prospective Olympians who suffer the lifelong detriments of Javelin. It takes probably 10 years minimum to get to that point from my personal experiences talking about/researching throwing.
Damn when I clicked this video I had no idea my brain would start hurting. Fantastic insights from this guy.
Nothing makes me click a video like pronated grip unilateral rear delt cable reverse flyes for high reps!
The late John meadows once said that this exercise is the one where he recommends around 30 reps as opposed to the traditional 8-12 for hypertrophy. Interesting point as he only said that about this exact movement.
That is some next level knowledge.
Man's out here just getting JACKED
yeah. delts for nanoseconds.
I am having a hard time seeing how they actually execute the movements technically due to the excessive jump cuts.
Didn’t bother me
But those are key to muscle growth...
Shallow is the goat 🐐
hey i learned something! nice.
Jordan’s dope, have talked with him a few times at an old job. Funny you guys shouted out Zak, I worked there too but didn’t see Jordan while working there. 🤣
Getting big, my man!
drink everytime he says anotomical
Gold. Thank you! And what about „the weight“ merchant, Zack??
I thought the thumbnail was the dude putting a syringe in Zacks arm “fix this” like oh right steroids will fix it 😂
Lmao zack out here bleeping sh*t and leaving in F bombs
Simple- one guy is shooting up, and the other isn’t. This explains the discrepancy in arm development 😁
Jeff from AthleanX got the entire country maybe the entire world using two ropes
Themuscledoc looks enhanced.
yup
I wish someone told me I looked enhanced :*(
I can’t lock my right elbow out completely from an old sports injury, any suggestions on that?
Good stufffff🦍
S tier
If Quinn Henoch chose bodybuilding and instead became a DC.
13:28 now that's super interesting. You can feel the load even with just a fist
For the algo gainz
Holy tidbits!
Dude holy shit ur jump cute
this guy gets an workout in by just using all those words. Doesn't he get bored talking 24/7 like this?
That guy has no shape... He lifts what!? Fork a knife!?😆😂🤣
???
Lol how do you not know how to curl
Another gimmicky influencer overcomplicating training. Biomechanics this and that to conceal his obvious gear use
I have the exact same pain in both of my elbows. Using these tips even without weight eliminated any pain through that range of motion. I've never been able to find someone explain how to account for that pain like this. This is a lifesaver for me.
This guy da gave me PTSD from my kinesiology classes in pt school talking Abt insertion, origin, function, innervation, and blood supply lol
Dude talked about nuclear composition remembering the elements before oxygen and then quoted Pumping Iron. That is culture at its pinnacle
This dude is an excellent coach. I’d pay good money to train with him
Super knowledgeable, but hard to follow... maybe I'm too dumb
I am going to be saying "anatomical variations" in my sleep! Love your videos, Zack!
watching this video, my forehead just grew another inch. so much knowledge
Jordan is one of the nicest dudes of all time. Super awesome guy. Love the videos!
Awesome. I had no idea that a curl could be so complicated. This was really cool.
3:42 LMAO IS THIS REAL? Fire the editor
18:00 double music
High cable biceps curl 5:05 Overhead cable triceps extension 18:28
Shallows analogies are out of this world
Such a good informations! Thanks!
the part about no straight bar and single arm preacher curls has helped me so much.
This is really informative and interesting! One of the biggest things that have helped me build muscle aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!
I have a scapula problem, but it's not muscular- It's nerve. I wish it were so easy, but neuralgic amyotrophy is lame.
I did the external rotation for incline curls. Best arm pump ever from that exercise
Loving this content Zack.
Love this kind of content Z!
This channel has seamlessly transitioned into "influencer tier content"
Feels bad but guys gotta make a living and as long as he's enjoying what he's doing
I agree. It’s a bit gimmicky
@@BO2Letsplay what's the gimmick
@@ryanalldread Compare videos like this to “The Arnold Effect”. This bloke in the video overcomplicating something as simple as curls is another example of the needless convolution of information in the fitness space. This is neither lunchtime content nor anything of substance
@@BO2Letsplay so the gimmick is a big vocabulary?
@@ryanalldread Yes, and talking at length about movements which are incredibly cut and dry. If people want an anatomy class they can attend one
