Getting them is one thing, but keeping them is even more important. Integrity & reputation are big. You have to deliver or over-deliver on your plans and promises, and never take on more obligations than you can handle. Taking on too many obligations at once has been one of my biggest challenges. It's a byproduct of ambition, but it can cause a lot of stress.
