You guys nailed so many thing people don’t think about. Starting my buisness I went through all of these things, there is no perfect time to start, just prepare yourself and start working torwards your goal right now.

same as me, though I was disabled and had a cargo trailer for a camper. I converted the trailer again to a Mobile Bait and tackle shop.

I've started a new business about two months in now... Basic Needs Mobile shop.
We do bait and tackle, first aid, marine and hunting safety items, and much more. As I said, it's a mobile business, I can pull around to various local lakes and river landings and set up in about 2 minutes. Ready to help fishermen with what they couldn't find or forgot. I have live bait, and working on a better system for having live minnows and herring in the mobile shop. The biggest issue so far has been getting Wholesalers to give me a shot without those high priced minimum orders for such a small business.

I never thought of you guys as just apparel Salt Strong but definitely as a Teacher if what is involved in every aspect of fishing including the most important knots but this video is a Big eye opener because all I do is make excuses for not doing what would make me happier or even make a UA-cam video just to see what would happen? Great video. I am think of starting an offshore charter business here in Texas at South Padre Island. The The CHG and RCG permits to do so are fairly expensive. Apparently they stopped issuing them in 2003. As a result, few vessels have these permits here. Do you think it is a good investment in terms of being able to offer offshore charters? Seems like I would have a lot less competion. Just wanted to get your thoughts.
South Padre will have tons of competition. They have tons of Charters and guides already set up at every pier/ restaurant.

You guys should build "private salt strong boat launches" in your prime insider locations. Make it a perk for joining... That would be really cool.. you could have a lobby with all the salt strong inside info about that area, small salt strong shop inside that sells your lures and gear.... That would give you a solid connection with your insiders, so many people would want to have access to that
