ALK positive is very rare in squamous cell carcinoma. But may happen in females and non smokers.
Best treatment is a group of drug called ALK TKI. Lorlatinib, Alectinib are the best among them.

Very good question TKI they'll definitely impact other areas of the body it's a diversified kinase.
