I love the show. Nobody in my life can geek out on the spiritual benefits of crystals. It's lovely to hear the perspective of other experienced crystal people. I stopped meddling with crystals for quite a long time when it unexpectedly triggered kundalini in my early 20's. Then I got really, REALLY bored during Covid and could not resist the moldavite craze. Ironically, I have trouble connecting with moldavite even though everyone says it is easy to feel. I usually feel it when I focus on filling it with my own love, but it takes effort. It's still a work in progress. It's been a few years of clearing energetic blockages. I think it's gradually helping me to connect better with many crystals I used to struggle to connect with. I expect this to become a lifetime hobby. What a weird little old lady my future holds. Fortunately I have a sense of humor about my strange spiritual life. I mean really.... I have to defend the spiritual usefulness of crystals (the atheists are going to send me to a loony bin!) I enjoyed Ashley's explanation about how to connect and work with the crystal. I have a little dioptase pendant, but I have not made a big effort to connect with it yet. So many crystals, so much curiosity to quell. I also really enjoyed kyle's understanding of how crystals impact his inner life's processes. I used to be a people pleaser and one of the first things the crystal did when I started to work with them again, is that it made me realize how weak and porous my boundaries were (red garnet really showed me how much anger I had built up suppressed.) Crystals made me look at things I tried to ignore because of my tendency towards toxic positivity. However, the world is not perfect. Just because you try to be good, does not garantee that everyone will have the same inclination. Some people have poorer misgivings about in destructive and unhealthy ways. That is why I try to balance love with wisdom. It's terrible, but I don't give time to people who have bad intentions anymore. It's draining and I've become far too lazy to deal with it anymore..... Such a lack of patience I used to have. Even though I feel a bit more cruel then I used to be, I have to see where the path leads. It's just one more little stop in a long journey. Let's just hope it circles back to compassion at some point? I swear these crystals are making me question everything I used to take for granted. It's the gift which keeps on giving. They have so much wisdom to impart.
