He is not helping her well at all. He is doing way too much on the kick. He is not consistent and is all over the place. With the kind of songs she’s doing it should be very low, mid slow build and then drop it down. Or maybe percussion on this song and not an entire drum set would work way better. I’ve been a drummer for 15 years and he is not a fit for what she is doing currently. you can mute any drum. Using tape or a jelly on the Tom to remove the ringing.
