Highlights: International Animal Flow Day 2023

As we bring 2023 to a close, we are thrilled to share this highlight reel from International Animal Flow Day. Every year we celebrate IAFD on August 28th, with beginner to advanced level Flowists from around the world coming together to learn and perform the same Flow. This year we had well over a thousand Flowists in 60 countries participate, including a record-breaking event with 130 Flowists organized by the AF Hong Kong Team.
We put together this video to showcase as many of the Flow Jams as we could fit in. We can't think of a better way to end 2023 than by celebrating one of the most important pillars of Animal Flow:
