    Nice riding! So what's the trick to getting your camera to pass through the safety official at the drop arm and the rules that state recording is prohibited? Making my first trip out there in a couple weeks and would love to get my first footage.

    • @francescoacavalli1
      @francescoacavalli1  8 років тому

      +KIDGSXR I seriously don't know... This was the first of 4 laps I did, the first time they didn't say anything, the second time onwards they asked me to take it off... And I'm pretty sure in this video he looks straight into the camera at the beginning...

    Bel video, vorrei farci un salto ma non ho grande esperienza di pista, hai trovato il ring particolarmente intimidatorio rispetto ad un tracciato "normale"? Piu' che altro non mi alletta molto l'idea di girare insieme alle auto.

    • @Nuclearzoo1
      @Nuclearzoo1 9 років тому +1

      valebliz Non solo le auto, ogni tanto incontri pullman di cinesi in gita.....o il carroattrezzi che va a recuperare qualce veicolo incidentato. Il ring e' considerato un'autostrada a senso unico.

    • @francescoacavalli1
      @francescoacavalli1  8 років тому +1

      +valebliz in teoria il vecchio circuito dovrebbe essere un'attrazione turistica (se così la si può chiamare), infatti troverai molte persone che vanno in due in moto sui GS 1200 ad un'andatura molto lenta, solo perchè vanno li per il gusto di vederla una votla nella vita... Però diciamo che è un po pericolosa, se dovessi avere un momento di difficoltà, hai veramente poco margine...

    I cant change gear upper without clutch. How you do this?

    • @ooopepper
      @ooopepper 6 років тому

      folerx two things, you either invest in a quickshifter, or do clutchless upshifting look it up

    Dear sir, why do you blip the throttle on downshifts?, and how do you maintain consistent pressure on the brake lever whilst blipping the throttle?

    • @brokenbackbiker3905
      @brokenbackbiker3905 8 років тому

      +Colin Morgan (Trickshot72) You blip on downshifts to not unsettle the bike. Slowing down is more stable if you do it that way. Unless the bike has a slipper clutch, which solves the same problem with engineering instead.
      Maintaining brake pressure is a matter of training.

    • @francescoacavalli1
      @francescoacavalli1  8 років тому

      +Colin Morgan (Trickshot72) Basically the idea of blipping the throttle is so that you have less engine brake, so the bike unsettles less... The fact of managing to keep a constant braking pressure is just a matter of learning it as a technique, if you go on my channel there are many videos of me on my racing bike where you can see better the blipping story...

    • @Trickshot72
      @Trickshot72 8 років тому

      Francesco Cavalli That's very helpful, sir. Thank you.

    • @BSDShoes
      @BSDShoes 8 років тому

      +Colin Morgan (Trickshot72) That's called rev matching while downshifting, it's mandatory otherwise you'll bust the driveshaft or differentials.

    • @cordoba110
      @cordoba110 8 років тому

      +Pigs Can Fly A differential on a bike? Hmm... Do you even know what a differential is and what it does?? I'm not even gonna ask you about a driveshaft...

  • @cordoba110
    @cordoba110 8 років тому

    I see that you freqently enter corners way to soon. This causes you to go wide at the exit which results in less traction in the corners, later getting back on the gass and slower corner exit. It even misplaces you on the track when the next corner follows directly on the previous one, so that influences your smooth riding. Test this and you'll be shaving off seconds without breaking a sweat and a much more fun ride :-)
