-Material (37cm width and 26cm width)
◆ Chocolate sheet
150 g eggs
72 g sugar
50 g cocoa powder
12 g butter
12 g milk
64g white
65 g sugar
◇ Recipe (190'C 13 minutes)
1. Melt butter and milk in a microwave oven.
2. Whip eggs and sugar to make it white.
3. Divide sugar into whites 2-3 times to make a solid meringue.
4. Mix the sifted cocoa powder with the white egg dough.
5. Divide meringue into 2 and mix gently.
6. Mix the dough with melted butter and milk and add it.
7. Mix well and finish.
8. Flatten the dough in a pan and bake in a 190'C oven for 13 minutes.
◆ Cream
300g fresh cream
25 g sugar
Mascarpone cheese 20g (possibly omitted)
◇ Recipe
1. Whip fresh cream, sugar and mascarpone cheese.
2. Mascarpone cheese is added to enhance the deep flavor of milk, so it can be omitted ^^
