OK so this is more or a purchase, remodeling and "eventual" sale. Flip is when you buy, restore and sell for immediate profit with no intention to live in it...like those HGTV shows. That being said, it's exciting purchasing a home for some extreme adulting :-) Some folks go their whole lives without being able to ever afford a home.... I'm happy you'll be living in it for awhile and enjoying the fruits of your labor!

Congrats! Welcome to home ownership. It's great but also a bitch because if anything that breaks you're responsible for the cost. I owned a home around your age and my piece of advice is to have roommates as much as you can until you get married. I chose to live alone and that was a lot of financial stress on me every month, and if I could go back, I would have roommates to offset costs. You are doing it the right way.
I actually don’t like open concept lol 😂 and old houses are built to last! I prefer older buildings (like 60s-70s) cause they are actually good lol but the house looks great! Congrats!

i feel down . when i see people in my age has brought their house .. even its renting. .i am 24 ... just got engaged .. and dont have any job .. i am staying at home for years .. until now ..the place im staying is small and so hard to find a job .the bills here is so fuckin expensive even to buy a grocery ... just imagine..MYR1100.00 convert to USD ... we spent half the salary just for the house .. not the car yet ..not the electric,the grocery ..i felt so down right now...😔😔😔😔😔😔
